    The engagement of Miss Patricia
    Mary Bills and Lt. John
    C. North, son of Mr. and Mrs.
    Oliver C. North of Philmont,
    has been announced by her
    parents, Mr. and Mrs. Roscoe
    L. Bills of 20 W. Elizabeth St.,
    Skaneatelcs. No date has been
    set for the wedding.
    Miss Bills will be graduated
    in May from Rosary Hill College
    in Buffalo. She is serving
    as an assistant resident of a
    girls' dormitory.
    Lt. North, a 1967 graduate of
    Niagara University who was
    commissioned a second lieutenant
    in the Army last June, is
    stationed with the 82nd Airborne
    Division at Fort Bragg. N.C

    for the Saturday wedding, at
    noon, of Miss Patricia Mary
    Bills, daughter of Mr. and Mrs.
    Roscoe L. Bills of Highland
    Ave., Skaneateles, and 1st Lt.
    John C. North, U. S. Army, son
    of Mr. and Mrs. Oliver Clay
    North of Kinderhook.
    The Rev. Robert Casey officiated.
    Master Thomas Bills,
    brother of the bride, served on
    the altar. Marguerite Hegierski
    of Batavia. was organist.'
    The bride wore a skimmer
    gown of silk organza. The bodice
    and full length mantilla of
    illusion were accented with
    pearl embroidered appliques of
    Alencon lace. She carried a
    bouquet of white roses, pompoms
    and lemon leaves.
    The bride's sister. Miss Cora
    Sue Bills, was maid of honor.
    Bridesmads were Mrs. Kathleen
    Bills, sister-in-law of the bride,
    Mrs. Patricia Bathazor, the
    'bridegrooms sister, and Miss
    Gair English.
    Best man was Ronald Balthazor
    of Pontac, Mich. Ushers
    were the bride's brother, Richard
    Bills, her uncle, Wesley
    Bills, and the bridegroom's
    uncle, John Clancy.
    The couple left for Cape Cod
    following a reception in the
    Sherwood Inn, Skaneateles.
    The newlyweds will live in
    Crailsheim, Germany where
    the bridegroom, who recently
    returned from Vietnam, is assigned.
    The bride is a graduate of
    SCS and Rosary Hill College,
    Buffalo, and has been employed
    as a social worker for the Catholic
    Social Services, Syracuse.
    Her husband is a graduate of
    Niagara University. N i a g a ra
    Falls.
