    J. Bird, Ralph R. Bird and Martha T.
    Bird, city; brother of Bartow Bird,
    Prince Edward Island and Russell
    Bird, Swing Hill, Nova Scotia. He Is
    also survived by 10 grandchildren.
    Funeral from Cobler's Funeral Home,
    640 Park Place, Saturday, Feb. 8
    °1964 and from St. Peter's Episcopal
    Church at 2 P.m., Rev. Canon Richard
    B.- Townsend officiating. Interment In
    Riverdale Cemetery. Memorials may be
    made to the American Heart Fund or
    St. Peter's Episcopal Church. Family
    will be present from 7-9 P.m. Thursday
    and 2-5 and 7-9 p.m. Friday.

    was pronounced dead
    in hs home at about 5:30 a.m.
    today (Feb. 6, 1964) by &
    family physician after a Fire
    Department inhalator crew failed
    to revive him with
    oxygen.
    He was Roland A. Bird. 70.
    of 228 Second St., for the last
    five years janitor of St.
    Peter's Episcopal Church.
    Mr. Bird was born in Spring
    Hill, Nova Scotia, and came
    to this city 46 years ago.
    He was a member of the
    Du Pont 25-Year Club and
    the Golden Age Club.
    Survivors include his wife,
    Mrs. Martha M. Bird; four
    sons, Roland B., Arthur J.
    and Ralph R. Bird, all of this
    city, and David M. Bird.
    North Tonawanda; one daughter
    Martha T. Bird, this city:
    two brothers, Garlow Bird.
    Prince Edward . Island, and
    Rjissell Bird, Spring Hill, and
    10 grandchildren.
    Funeral services will be
    hedl at St. Peter's Church at
    2 p.m. Saturday. Rev. Canon
    Richard B. Townsend will
    officiate.
    ° Friends may call at Cobler's
    Funeral Home from 7 to 9
    p.m. today and from 2 to 5
    and 7 to 9 p.m. Friday.
    , The family said that donations
    to the American Heart
    Fund or to St. Peter's Church
    would be acceptable as
    tributes.
    . Burial will be in Riverdale
    Cemetery.
