    Mrs. Florence Chaney, aged 26 years,
    died Tuesday evening at her home in
    10 Highland avenue. She is survived
    by a husband, William Chaney. and
    infant son and a mother, Mrs. Louisa
    Bishop, of Tonawanda. Mrs. Chaney
    was born in Buffalo and was a resident
    of that city until a year ago when
    she came to Tonawanda to make her
    home.- The funeral will be held from
    the late residence on .Friday afternoon
    at 2 o'clock, Rev. H. A. Berlie,
    of the First Presbyterian church, officiating.
    Interment will be in Elmlawn.

    Walter J. McKnight died suddenly
    yesterday while at work at the C.
    Boiler & Sons company mills In Chicago
    street. Mr. McKnight was for
    twenty years chief engineer of the
    Mat thews-Northrop Works. He was
    54 years old and Is survived by his
    wife, one daughter. Florence L. McKnight,
    and two sisters. Mrs. William
    Brown of Greenfield. Col, and Mrs.
    Anna M. Chambers.
    Mr. McKnight was a member of
    De Molay lodge. No. 198. F. & A. M.;
    Omega lodge. No. 129. I. O. O. F., and
    Keystone lodge. No. 16. N. A. S. E.
    The funeral will be held on Friday
    afternoon at 2.30 o clock at his home,
    No. 123 Glenwood avenue.

    Tonight that extremely interesting
    event, a double wedding, will be celebrated
    at the home of Mrs. Henrietta bishop at
    207 Wheatfield street, North Tonawanda
    Tbe contracting parties are Miss Louisa
    Bishop and Walter J. McKnight of Buffalo,
    and Miss Magdelena Tesch and
    Benjamin Bishop. Benjamin and Louisa
    Bishop are brother and sister. The cere
    mony will take place at Frieden's church,
    and a reception will follow at the Bishop
    homestead.

    Mrs. Henrietta Bishop, one of the
    pioneer residents of North Tonawanda,
    died at her home at No. 104
    Thompson street Saturday afternoon
    after a lingering illness. She was born
    in Germany 80 years ago and came to
    North Tonawanda with her parents
    when seven years old. She was the
    widow of Frederick Bishop, late of
    North Tonawanda. Mrs. Bishop was
    a member of the Frieden's Lutheran

    Church of Schenk street. Two daughters,
    Mrs. Louisa MacKnlght of Buffalo
    and Mrs. Hulda Regnet of Ton*
    awanda, and five sons, Henry, William,
    Fred and Benjamin Bishop of
    North Tonawanda and George Bishop
    of Buffalo, survive. The funeral will
    be held from the family home at 1:30
    o'clock tomorrow afternoon and a half
    hour later from Frieden's church
    on Schenk street, the Rev. E. A.
    Schulz officiating. Burial will be made
    in Fairmount cemetery on the Nash
    road.
