    AKRON - Fred G. Bistoff, 70,
    of the Dresser Road, Medina, died
    Friday (Jan. 12, 1962) in Medina
    Memorial Hospital where he had
    been a patient for three weeks.
    Mr, Bistoff was born in Royalton,
    April 22. 1891, the son of
    Theodore and Anna Van Buren
    Bistoff. He was a resident of the
    Town of Newstead all of his life
    where he was engaged in farming.
    He moved to Medina about t w o
    years ago. He was a member of
    IOOF Lodge 212 and a charter
    member of the Newstead F i r e
    Co.
    Surviving are his wife, Hazel
    Drischler Bistoff; a son, Claude
    of Tonawanda; three daughters,
    Mrs. Joseph Laubacher of Albion,
    Mrs. Carl Bushover of Medina,
    and Mrs. Alan Comstock of
    Clarence; a sister, Mrs. Edward
    Brucker of Akron; two brothers,
    Royal of Lockport, and Glenn of
    Lyndonville; 19 grandchildren and
    nine great * grandchildren.
    Friends may call from 1 to 5
    and 7 to 9 at the Bernhardt Funeral
    Home, 130 Main St., Akron,
    where the funeral will be held at
    2 p.m. Monday. The Rev. David
    Kleinstuber of Medina will officiate.
    Burial will be in Eldred
    Cemetery.

    St., here, died Sunday, (Oct. 29, 1967) at Lockport
    Memorial Hospital after a long illness.
    Born in the Town of Royalton,
    July 29, 1901, he was the. son
    of Joshua and Charlotte Burdick.
    Mr. Burdick had been employed
    as a construction foreman
    for the Walter P. Blimm
    Construction Co., here, for 13
    years.
    He and his wife, Virginia K
    Pilhorn Burdick, who survives
    him, had been.married for 24
    years.
    Besides his wife, he is survived
    by three daughters, Kathleen
    M. Burdick, at home, Mrs.
    Claude Bistoff, of the Town of
    Tonawanda, and Mrs. Wilfred
    Aderman, of Alden; two sons,
    James F. and Harold E., both
    at home; a sister, Mrs. Edna
    Baker of Akron, 10 grandchildren
    and 12 great-grandchildren.
    Friends may call at the Gaul
    Funeral Home, where services
    will be conducted by ,the Rev.
    James F. Burdick, Wednesday
    at 2 p.m.
    Burial wil be in Cold Springs
    Cemetery.

    Theodore Bistoff, 92, a Royalton
    native, d i e d Wednesday (Aug.
    21. 1957) in Erie County Infirmary,
    after a brief Illness.
    An area farmer, he was born
    Oct. 31, 1865, the son of Gustav
    and Anna Schuster Bistoff. He
    had worked on farms In the Akron
    area where he had lived most of
    his life. His wife was the former
    Anna Van Buren, now deceased.
    Surviving are a daughter,. Mrs.
    Edward Brucker, Akron; three
    sons, Fred G., Akron; Royal A.,
    Lockport; and Glenn E . Lyndonville;
    two sisters, Mrs. John Mur-
    taugh, Ransomville; and Mrs.
    August Raduns, Buffalo; and a
    brother, William, Buffalo.
    Services will be Saturday afternoon
    at 2 ln Bernhardt Funeral
    Home, Akron. Burial will be in
    Evergreen Lawn Cemetery, Ak-
    ron.

    Funeral s e r v i c e s were observed at
    the home, on S u n d a y afternoon. Interment
    in Bloomingdale cemetery.
