The marriage of Miss Etha Reed,
daughter of Mr. and Mrs. James
Reed of Knowlesville, to Harold
Blackley, son of John Blackley of
this city, took place Saturday at
high noon in one of the newly appointed
dinner rooms in the Hotel
Lox- Plaza.
The bride was most attractive in
a powder blue and deeper blue
sheer ensemble with blue accessories.
She wore a blue picture hat
and corsage of gardenias.
Her attendant, Mrs. George
Davis, wore black and white sheer
with small black hat. Mr. Blackley
had as best man George Davis.
The ceremony was performed by
the Rev. Harry H. Bergen. The
room took on the appearance of a
beautiful garden, It was so profusely
decorated with Spring flowers.
A wedding breakfast was served
after which Mr. and Mrs. Blackley
left for a trip up the lakes. They
will be at home at 251 Genesee
street after July 15.
