John W. Blackwell,58 years old,
of 558 Twenty-sixth street, died at
his home this morning after a year's
illness. He was a native of England,
had resided here 34 years and before
becoming ill was employed by a
contractor at the plant of the Bell
Aircraft corporation.
He Is survived by his wife, Mrs,
Eva J. Blackwell: six sons, John L„
Frederick O., William H., Charles E.
and James C. Blackwell, of this city,
and Walter Ringler, of Buffalo;
three daughters, Bette Blackwell
and Mrs. Frederick Murray, of this
city, and Mrs. Donald Kllng. of
Kenmore. N. Y.. and four brothers
and two sisters in England.
Funeral services will be held at
the Bell chapel hpre at 3 p m. Sat-
urday with burial in Oakwood cem-
etery

John married Eva J about 1919. Eva was born about 1889 in Orangeville, Ontario, Canada; died about Aug 1953 in Bay City, Tillamook County, OR. [Group Sheet] [Family Chart]

Mrs. Gustave A. Aronson, Bay
City, a resident of Niagara Falls
for 25 years, died at the age of
64. She was born in Orangeville,
Ont., and was widow of the late
John W. Blackwell.
Surviving are her husband, Gus-
tave A. Aronson; five sons, John
L. Blackwell and William H.
Blackwell, this city; Frederick G.
Blackwcll, Los Angeles. Calif.,
Charles E. Blackwell and James C.
Blackwell, U. S. Navy, and three
daughters, Mrs. Belle Ruopp and
Mrs. Margaret Murray, this city,
and Mrs. Marjorie Kling, Kenmore.
A sister, Mrs. Anne E. Chadwick.
