    An order was granted in the special
    term yesterday by Justice Marcus annuling
    the marriage of Charles R.
    Richmond and Aleda V. Blair Richmond,
    formerly of Byron. The ground
    for the annulment was that the wife
    was only sixteen years old when the
    marriage was performed last July tn
    supreme court chambers here by Justice
    Bissell. At that time she said that
    she was eighteen. The action to dissolve
    the marriage wss brought by the

    Blair, 74, wife of Morgan Blair,
    Millers, will be conducted at 2 P M
    Friday at the ,Smythe Funeral
    Home, the Rev. Thomas Tighs officiating.
    Cremation will follow at
    Forest Lawn. In Buffalo. Mrs. Blair
    died Tuesday in Medina Memorial
    Hospital after a short Illness.
    Born in Jeddo. Mrs. Blair was
    the daughter of the late Jay V. and
    Veroqua Jennings. She was married
    In 1901 and the family made
    Its home In Hartland and Newfane
    as well as In the Millers area.
    A daughter, Mrs. Carl Kruse of
    Wilson, Is the only other survivor

    Eli Blair, a well-known and respected
    farmer of the Byron road,
    died about 4 o'clock this morning,
    after a serious illness of about three
    weeks' duration from a complication
    of diseases, He had been in ill
    health, however, about two years
    and had suffered considerably from
    rheumatism.
    Mr. Blair was born on July 19,
    1833, In the town of Batavia, on the
    Batavia-Stafford townline road. He
    had lived a b o u t years on the farm
    where he died, which is six miles
    east of Batavia. He was a member
    of the Byron Grange. Besides his
    wife, he is survived by four sons,
    William, who lived with his father;
    Charles O., a. Batavia patrolman;
    John J. of Dawson City, Alaska, and
    Morgan L, Blalr ofBuffaho;a. daughter,
    Mrs. Pearl Warner of Batavia;
    two brothers, Charles L. Blair' of
    Batavia and Henry Blair of Albion;
    a sister, Mrs. Mary. Peatt of Batavia,
    and four grandchildren.
    The . funeral will be held at 2
    o'clock on Saturday afternoon from
    Mr. Blair's late home, the Rev. F. J.
    Kennedy of South Byron officiating.
    The Interment will be in the Elmwood
    cemetery.

    Mrs. Lucy Lavina Blair, widow of Eli
    Blair, died at her home, No. 23 Seaver
    place, at 12:30 o'clock this morning from
    a hardening of the arteries. She had
    been in ill health six weeks and confined
    to her bed two weeks.
    Mrs. Blair, who was the daughter of
    Mr. and Mrs. Bradford Jennings, was
    born at Venice, Cayuga county, on April
    3, 1841. She was married to Mr. Blair
    at Venice when 23 years old. They immediately
    moved to Batavia, where they
    resided for a short time, after which
    they moved to South Byron. They resided
    there thirty years, after which they
    returned to Batavia. Mr. Blair died nine
    years ago.
    Mrs; Blair is survived by three brothers,
    Joel B., Mortimer and Cranson Jennings,
    all of Moravia, Cayuga county;
    three sons, William B. Blair of Batavia,
    John J. Blair of Flat, Alaska, and Morgan
    L. Blair of Buffalo; a daughter, Mrs.
    Charles Warner of Buffalo, and four
    grandchildren. Mrs. Blair was the moth-
    er of the late Charles Blair, the city pa-
    trolman. She was a member of the By-
    ron grange.
    Funeral services will be held at Mrs.
    Blair's late residence, No. 23 Seaver
    place, at 2 o'clock on Thursday after-
    noon. The burial will be in the Elmwood
    cemetery.
