Mrs. Bird Blodgett, formerly a resident
of Fredonia and Lamberton died
at her home in Brocton, Sunday, January
16th, after a few Weeks illness
with typhoid fever, aged 63 years.
Besides her husband, she leaves six
children, Ralph and Wesley Blodgett
of Sheridan, Deforest Blodgett of Ithaca,
Maurice Blodgett of Lamberton,
Helen Blodgett and Mrs. George
Smith of Brocton.
The funeral services will be held
this afternoon at 2 o'clock at the Methodist
church. Burial in Webster
Cemetery.

about 75. Mr. Blodgett has been ill
for a long time. He was formerly a
Methodist preacher and has lived here
ever since he retired from the minis
try. He was a good man, sincerely
respected by all. Is survived by his
wife, two son's, S. B. and Abram
Blodgett, and four daughters: Mrs;
Addie Bull, Mrs. Lily Weaver, Mrs.
Minnie Pierce and Mrs. Pearl PowelL
Funeral at the house this Wednesday
at 10 a. m. Burial at Stockton.
