Donna L. Maluchnik, 72, of Niagara Falls, NY passed away on Monday, May 20, 2024 at Niagara Falls Memorial Medical Center. Born in Niagara Falls, she was the daughter of the late Louis J. and Mary (Giannini) Yorio.
Donna graduated from Madonna High School in 1969 and obtained her Associate’s degree in Computer Science from Niagara County Community College. On August 30, 1975 she married her beloved husband, John S. Maluchnik at St. Joseph’s Church.
Donna was employed by Niagara Falls Memorial Medical Center in all aspects of Patient Accounting for many years prior to her retirement. She enjoyed solving word puzzles, as well as cooking and baking. Above all, she cherished the time spent with her family. 
In addition to her husband of 49 years, she is survived by her two daughters, Crystal L. Maluchnik Esq. and Michele N. Maluchnik (Andrew Rzucidlo); two siblings, Matthew (Brenda) Yorio, Carol Ann (Jeff) Reeley; her lifelong best friend Angelo D’Aloise Jr., as well as several aunts, nieces, nephews and cousins. She was predeceased by two siblings, Michael (Betty) Yorio and Louis (Loreli) Yorio.
Visitation will be on Thursday, May 23 from 4 – 8 PM at M.J. Colucci & Son Niagara Funeral Chapel, 2730 Military Road, Niagara Falls, NY, where funeral services will begin on Friday at 9:15 AM, followed by Donna’s Mass of Christian Burial at 10:00 AM in Mt. Carmel Church, 27th Street and Independence Avenue, Niagara Falls, NY. Interment in Gate of Heaven Cemetery. If desired, memorial offerings may be made to a charity of one’s choice.
