in this city. Born in Woodstock,
he was the son of the late
Stephan and Neddie Kellerhouse
Bodie. He was the husband of
the late Joella Chase Bodie.
Surviving are six sons, Howard,
Elmer, Joseph and Carl Bodie,
all of* Kingston: Ernest of Shokan
and Charles P. Bodie of
Connelly; a sister, Mrs. Alice
Freer of Woodstock: two
brothers. Charles of Woodstock,
and Burton Bodie of Shokan;
23 grandchildren and three
great grandchildren, several
nieces and nephews also survive.
Funeral services will be
held at Trinity Methodist
Church. Wurts Street, on Friday
at 2 p. m. Friends may call at
the Henry J. Bruck Funeral
Home. 27 Smith Avenue,
Wednesday from 7 to 9 p. m.
and Thursday from 2 to 4 and
7 to 9 p. m. Burial will be in

142 Chambers Street, died at
Kingston Hospital Sunday night
following a short illness. Surviving
are her husband, Ernest
Bodie Sr.: six sons, Elmer, Howard,
Joseph, Ernest Jr., Carl and
Charles Bodie, all of this city;
a brother, Ralph Chase and a
sister Beatrice, wife of Allan
Stoutenberg, both of West Hurley;
also 22 grandchildren and
several nieces and nephews. Funeral
services will be held
Wednesday 3 p. m. at Keyser
Funeral Service, Kingston Chapel.
Albany and Manor Avenues.
The Rev. Robert Vinson, pastor
of Bethel Assembly of God
Church, and the Rev. Roy A.
Hassel, pastor of Trinity Methodist
Church, will officiate.
Burial will be in Wiltwyck Cemetery.
