    John K. Vicker's, son of Mr. and Mrs. William
    F. Vickers, 1625 Niagara St.
    Miss Tubin is a graduate of the State
    University College at Geneseo and is a teacher
    in Canandaigua, N.Y.
    Mr. Vickers completed a tour of duty with
    the Seabees in Vietnam and is a student at
    Erie County Technical Institute.
    A June 1970 wedding is planned.

    Obituary of Ann Tubin Ann M. (Golanka) Tubin 94, of Grand Island, NY passed away on Saturday, December 20, 2014 at Elderwood at Riverwood, Grand Island. Born in Buffalo, NY she was the daughter of the late Martin and Mary (Domagala) Golanka. Ann was formerly employed at the NYS Unemployment Office. She was a member of St. Stephens RC Church, Golden Age Center of Grand Island and former treasurer of St. Stephens Ladies of Charity. Ann was a loving wife, mother and grandmother. She cherished her family; they were her joy in life. She married the love of her life Conrad Tubin on June 14, 1941 and they were married for 58 years, until his passing in July 1999. She is survived by two daughters; Phyllis A. Baker of Grand Island, NY and Constance M. (Duncan A.) Tubin-Trott of Canandaigua, NY; grandson Jeffery R. Baker of Grand Island, NY. Also survived by several nieces and nephews. Besides her husband and parents she was predeceased by her son Conrad M. Tubin; three brothers, Casimer P.(Sandra "Sandy") Golanka, Roman "Ray" Golanka and Martin Golanka. Friends may call from 2-7 PM Friday December 26 at ZAJAC FUNERAL HOME INC., 319 24th Street, Cor. of Welch Ave., Niagara Falls, NY. A Mass of Christian burial will be held 10:00 AM on Saturday, December 27 at St. Stephens R.C. Church, 2100 Baseline Road, Grand Island, NY with Rev. Paul M. Nogaro officiating. EVERYONE PLEASE ASSEMBLE AT CHURCH. Burial following in Holy Trinity Cemetery, Lewiston, NY.
