    PROHASKA – Peter Prohaska, 63, of 121 Zimmerman St. died Friday evening, Aug. 22, 1952, in his home after a brief illness. Born in Germany, he had lived in North Tonawanda the past 50 years. He had been employed as a cabinet maker by The Rudolph Wurlitzer Company for the past 20 years. He is survived by his wife, Gizella, nee Trausch; two sons, Peter Jr. and Norman; a daughter, Mrs. Sherwood Harder; five grandchildren, all of North Tonawanda; his mother, Mrs. Magdalena Prohaska; a sister, Mrs. Jacob Waldek, both of Wilson; a brother, John Prohaska of North Tonawanda. Friends may call at the Hamp Funeral Home, 37 Adam St., Tonawanda, where funeral services will be Monday at 9:30 a.m. Burial will be in Mt. Olivet Cemetery.

    PROHASKA - Gizella Prohaska, 89, of North Tonawanda, Wednesday (January 27,
    1982) at DeGraff Memorial Hospital. Mrs. Prohaska was a member of Ascension
    R. C. Church and Frontiersmen Post 7545, VFW Auxiliary.
    Wife of the late Peter Prohaska, she is survived by two sons, Peter (Martha)
    Parnell and Norman (Helen) Prohaska; one daughter, Mrs. Lillian Harder, all
    of No. Tonawanda; one sister, Mrs. Sarah Grunzweig of Tonawanda; grandmother
    of five grandchildren and eleven great-grandchildren; also survived by
    several nieces and nephews.
    Friends may call Thursday 7 to 9 and Friday 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m., at the
    Wattengel Funeral Home, Inc., 307 Oliver St., No. Tonawanda where prayers
    will be said Saturday at 9:30 a.m., followed by a Mass of Christian Burial
    at 10:00 in Ascension R. C. Church. Burial Mount Olivet Cemetery.

    died Monday (sept. 13, 1965) in her home after a long illness. She was born
    in Austria and had lived the past 62 years in Tonawanda. She was a member
    of St. Francis of Assisi Church. She is survived by one son, John; one
    daughter, Mrs. Sophia Waldeck; 14 grandchildren, 23 great-grandchildren and
    five great-great-grandchildren. Friends may call at Hamp Funeral Home,
    Inc., Adam-Seymour Streets, Tonawandan, from 2 to 5 and 7 to 9 p.m. Prayers
    will be said there at 9 a.m. Wednesday followed by a Requiem Mass in St.
    Francis of Assisi Church at 9:30 a.m. The Rev. Wilbur Yaeger will
    officiate. Burial in Mt. Olivet Cemetery.
