Joseph was born in North Tonawanda, on April 20, 1957 to Peter and Shirley (Scott) Fiala. Joseph was a avid hunter and fisherman, a great boater and all around mechanic. He worked for the City of North Tonawanda as a Mechanic at the NTFD. He will be dearly missed by all his family and friends. Joseph was predeceased by his parents, Peter and Shirley Fiala. Joseph is survived by his wife, Margaret (Hoffman) Fiala; father of Danielle (Adam) Kibat, Joseph P. and Kathryn N. Fiala; brother of Roseann (John) Brzezinski, Peter (Karen) and DeWitt (Mary) Fiala. Also surviving are several nieces and nephews. Friends may call on Thursday from 2-4 PM and 7-9 PM at the Wattengel Funeral Home, 533 Meadow Drive (NEW LOCATION), where funeral services will be held on Friday at 10 AM.
