    Thomas Boyd Sr., 78, a
    retired Shredded Wheat Co.
    employe, died Friday (July
    3, 1964) at 2402 Cleveland
    Ave., where he resided.
    He r e t i r e d from the
    Shredded Wheat Co. in 1950
    after working there about
    25 years. Mr. Boyd was born
    in Stevenson, Scotland, and
    had lived in Niagara Falls
    50 years. He was a communicant
    of the Pierce Avenue
    Presbyterian Church.
    Survivors include his wife,
    Matilda; a son, Thomas Boyd
    Jr., this city; three grandchildren
    and five g r e a t'
    grandchildren.
    Funeral-services will be
    held Tuesday at 1 p.m. at
    the Otto Redanz Funeral
    Home. Rev. A. Ferman Kearney,
    pastor of Pierce Aven
    u e Presbyterian Church,
    will officiate. Burial will be
    in Memorial Park Cemetery.

    2402 Cleveland Ave., died
    Wednesday (May 12. 1965) at
    a private nursing home in
    Buffalo after a year's illness.
    She was born in Belfast
    Ireland, Feb. 20, 1890, the
    daughter of James and Mary
    Landcroft Hughey. She came
    to Niagara Falls in 1919. Her
    husband, Thomas Boyd, died
    in 1964.
    Mrs.. Boyd is survived by a
    son, Thomas Boyd Jr.; a
    brother, Robert Hughey, both
    of Niagara Falls, three grand-
    children and five great-grand-
    children.
    Services will be held at
    1 p.m. Saturday at the Otto
    Redanz Funeral Home, Rev.
    Jesse Howat, pastor of Hyde
    Park United Presbyterian
    Curch willl officiate. Burial
    will be in Memorial Park
    Cemetery.

    Mrs". Mary Jane Hughey. 73 years
    old, widow of James Hughey, Crimea
    war veteran, died suddenly yesterday In
    the home of her raughtcr, Mrs. Thomas
    Boyd. 646 Twenty-fifth street. Funeral
    services will be held in her daughter's
    home on Wednesday afternoon at 2:30
    o'clock, with the Rev. w.- C. Croft*, of
    the Pierce Avenue Presbyterian church,
    officiating. Burial will be in Memorial
    Park Cemetery.
    Besides her daughter, Mrs. Boyd. Mrs.
    Hughey Is survived by two sons. Arthur
    and Robert Hughey, both of this city;
    a son. William; a daughter. Mrs. Daniel
    Nell, and a sister, Mrs. Alex Wilson,
    all of Scotland, and several nieces,
    nephews and grand children.
