    Funeral services for John D.
    Boyer, 84, Sour Home road, town of
    Pendleton, who died at 1 o'clock
    Sunday morning after a long illness,
    will be held Tuesday afternoon at
    2 o'clock at the home. The Rev.
    Karl Kindt, pastor of St. Paul's
    Evangelical Lutheran church, Wendelville,
    will officiate. Burial will
    be in Bear Ridge cemetery.
    Mr. Boyer was born Aug. 20, 1856,
    in the town of Pendleton and lived
    there practically all his life. He
    leaves three sons, John, Seymour
    and Norman Boyer, all of Lockport;
    and three daughters, Mrs. Howard
    Wolgast, town of Amherst; Mrs.
    Wilmer- Goerss, Tonawanda and
    Mrs. Charles Wagner, town of Pendleton;
    also 12 grandchildren.
