    NIAGARA FALLS -
    Dennis A. Bauer, of Niagara Falls, NY, passed away on Friday, July 11, 2014. He was born in Niagara Falls, NY on March 2, 1953, the son of Audrey (Adams) Bauer and the late Roger Bauer.
    Mr. Bauer graduated from Niagara Wheatfield High School. He was employed with Modern and later as a car hauler with Leaseway for 19 years. Mr. Bauer enjoyed spending time with his family, playing his guitar, singing and playing in several bands.
    He is survived by his wife of 34 years, Terri E. (Andalora) Bauer; four sons, Dennis A. (Fanessa) Bauer of Pendleton, Christopher J. (Jamie) Bauer, Ryan T. (Noelle DelZoppo) Bauer and Robb N. (Tina Fiorentini) Bauer, all of Niagara Falls, NY; six grandchildren, Hailey, Christopher, Trinidy, Gabby, Mason and Robert; a brother, Robert F. (Carol) Bauer; a sister, Deborah J. (Ronald Beasock) Bauer. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews.
    The family will be present on Tuesday from 2-4 PM and 7-8:30 PM at the RHONEY FUNERAL HOME, 5893 Hoover Road, SANBORN, NY, where funeral services will be held at 8:30 PM, with the Rev. Ronald E. Maines officiating. Flowers are gratefully declined.

    A 25-year-old Niagara Falls plant worker today became*
    this city's second traffic fatality victim for 1958 after a car
    he was operating became involved in a collision wkh another
    car at 24th St. and Woodlawn Ave. last midnight. The
    operator of the second car was injured in the accident.
    The dead man was:
    Roger A. Bauer, 25, of 2402 Ontario Ave., who died
    of head injuries at 2:30 a.m. at Memorial Hospital.
    Injured in the mishap was:
    Victor A. Talarico, 38, of 2442 Woodlawn Ave., a general
    Contractor, who suffered head, chest and knee injuries, Bis
    condition was listed as "fair" at the same hospital.
    Police said Bauer, an Internat
    i o n a l Graphite and Electrode
    Corp. employe and part time taxicab
    driver, was driving hts own
    car at the time. He was going
    south and Talarico was driving
    east when the cars collided.
    Hurled Through Window
    Bauer, according to police, was
    hurled through a window of the car;
    on the passenger side of the vehicle.
    His car came to rest against a
    street sign.
    Talarico's car, police said, traveled
    about 70 feet after the accident before
    it struck a house occupied
    by George Marincucci, 2403 Woodlawn
    Ave.
    The two men were taken to Me-
    morial Hospital by Frontier Ambulance.
    Police said they issued a summons,
    charging failure to heed a
    stop sign at the intersection, to Talarico.
    It is returnable in City Court on
    Wednesday.
    Lt. Stanley Olszewski and Traffic
    Officers Bruno Giunta and John
    R. O'Farrell investigated the misi
    hap.
    Coroner F. Eugene Ingram said
    he was withholding a death certificate
    pending further investigation
    into the fatality-
    It was the first fatal traffic accident
    here since Jan. 10. The two
    traffic deaths to date in this city for
    1958 compare to one at this time
    last year.
    Was an Inspector
    Mr. Bauer was an inspector for
    the International Graphite and Electrode
    Corp.
    He is survived bj his wife, Mrs.
    Audrey Jane Bauer, two son Dennis
    Allen and Robert Francis Bauer;
    his parents, Mr. and Mrs. Frederick
    T. Bauer, Town of Niagara; four
    brothers, John. Joseph, Frederick
    and Clarence Bauer, this city, and
    a sister, Mrs. Betty Atkinson, Town
    of Niagara.
    Funeral arrangements, which will
    be announced, are being made by
    the Cornell and Daggett funeral
    chapel.

    SANBORN —
    Alfred J. Andalora, of Sanborn, NY, passed away on Saturday, November 17, 2012, in Niagara Hospice House, Lockport, NY. He was born in Niagara Falls, NY, on May 9, 1928, the son of the late James and Lucille (Farnella) Andalora.
    Mr. Andalora was an iron worker with Labor Local # 9, for over 30 years, before retiring in 1979. He was a member of the Niagara Falls Moose Lodge #838. Mr. Andalora enjoyed spending time with his family, cooking, gardening and was an avid bowler.
    He is survived by his wife of 64 years, Grace I. (McCoy) Andalora; seven sons, Robert, John, Michael (Sue), Fritz (Michelle), James, Thomas and Patrick; six daughters, Leenie (Fred) Greene, Julie (Bruce) McMaster, Catherine (Sam) Williams, Lucy Garfalo, Terri (Dennis) Bauer and Grace Tubbie; a brother, Charles (Cathy) Andalora; a sister, Fony Wilson. He is also survived by 27 grandchildren, 25 great-grandchildren; many nieces and nephews. He was the brother of the late Robert D. Andalora, Mary McCabe, Rachel Parfinski, Dorothy Pharis and Winifred Wolcott.
    The family will be present on Tuesday from 2-4 PM and 7-9 PM at the RHONEY FUNERAL HOME, 5893 Hoover Road, SANBORN, NY, where funeral services will be held on Wednesday at 10:00 AM, with the Rev.     SANBORN - James Andalora,
    71, of Saunders Settlement Rd.,
    died Thursday (May 2, 1957) in
    Ransomville General Hospital after
    a two-week illness. He had farmed
    for 28 years.
    Born in Italy, Mr. Andalora was
    a member of St. Teresa of the
    Infant Jesus Church, Niagara Falls.
    Surviving are his wife, Lucille
    Farnella Andalora; four daughters,
    Mrs. James McCabe. San Diego,
    Calif., Mrs. Walter Barfinski. Niagara
    Falls, Mrs. Terrence Comerford
    and Mrs. Earl Wolcott. both
    of Sanborn; two sons, Alfred and
    Charles Andalora, both of Sanborn;
    a brother, Joseph Andalora,
    Rahway, N.J., and 21 grandchildren.
    Funeral services will be conducted
    at 8 a.m. Saturday at the
    Pike Funeral Home here, followed
    by a Requiem Mass at 9 o'clock
    at St. Teresa's Church. The Rosary
    will be recited at 9 o'clock tonight
    at the funeral home by the Rev.
    Leo Glyn, pastor of St. Teresa's.
    Burial will be in Gate of Heaven
    Cemetery.
