Mr, and Mrs. Edmund Schoenherr,
who have recently returned from
their wedding trip, have taken up
their residence at 2467 Pierce avenue.
Before ber marriage, Mrs. Schoenherr
was Miss Haak, daughter of Mr.
Henry Haak and the late Mrs. Haak.
Mr. Schoenherr Is the son of Mr. and
Mrs. Frederick Schoenherr, of this
city.
Mr. and Mrs. Schoenherr were
married on Sept. 4 at St. Lucas Evangelical
church, in Ottawa, Ont.
The Rev. A. Dashner, pastor of the
church, officiated and the wedding
music was played by G. E. Hartwick.
For the occasion the church was
attractively decorated with palms snd
ferns which were Interspersed with
gladioli and other cut flowers.
Attending the bride were Miss Wilhelmina
Priebe and Miss Verna
Schroeder. Miss Schroeder is a resident
of this city and cousin of the
groom. Mr. Schroeder was attended
by his brother, Wilbert, also .of this
city, and by the bride's brother,
Walter Haak. The ushers were Edgar
Schoenherr and Henry Haak
An exquisite gown of Imported bridal
satln_ was worn by the bride.
Beltless, the bodice front was prettily
cowled, while tiny satin buttons
centered the bodice back. The very
fun sleeves were tucked at the shoulders
and the fullness at the wrists
was held with closely-fitted cuffs,
also-button-trimmed. The long, plain,
straight skirt was fashioned^ in the
back with four manon panels flaring
very wide toward the bottom and extending
Into a long train in fan formation.
The folds of the long, dainty bridal
veil of sills net were held In place on
the head with double strands of orange
blossoms. White, kid gloves and
white sandals were worn and a bouquet
of butterfly roses and Ulles-ofthe-
valley In shower was carried.
Similarly attired were the bridesmaids
In quaintly-fashioned taffeta
frocks. Miss Priebe being in pale yellow
and Miss Schroeder in orchid
shade. These beltless dresses were
trimmed with tiny tucks in front
and with a row of taffeta covered
buttons in the back. The sleeves were
short and the long skirts, fitted to
the knees, were encircled with nar
row rows of taffeta flares, the bottom
forming a short train. Lace
gloves and satin sandals of the same
shade as the dresses were worn. Each
bridesmaid wore a bandeau of metallic
leaves on her head. Miss Priebe's
bouquet was of bronze chrysanthemums,
while Miss Schroeder carried
yellow chrysanthemums.
Immediately following the ceremony,
a reception was held at the
residence of the bride's father.
Among those present from Niagara
Falls were Mr. and Mrs. Frederick
Schoenherr, parents of the groom;
Mr. and Mrs. Henry Schroeder, Mr.
and Mrs. M. Schroeder, Mr. and Mrs.
Elmer Schoenherr, Mr. and Mrs.
Charles Schienan. Mr. Milton Schroeder.

Frederick W. Schoenherr, 65
years old, of 2467 Pierce avenue, a
millwright employed by the Kim-
berly Clark corporation, died yes-
terday afternoon in Memorial hos-
pital, where he had been a patent
for a month.
Born in Ottawa. Ont.. Mr. Schoenherr
had resided here 40 years.
He was a member of Trinity Evangelical
Lutheran church, Surviving
him are his wife, Mrs. Minna A.
Schoenherr; two daughter and
three sons, Mrs. Henry Schroeder,
Mrs. Howard Allen and Edward C,
Wilbert O. and Elmer P. Schoenherr,
all of this city; three sisters
Mrs. Fred Fisher and Mrs. Frank
Mentzel, of Ottawa, Ont., and Mrs.
Otto Appelt, of Boston, and four
brothers,, Henry, Oscar and Charles
Schoenherr, of Ottawa, and Frank
Schoenherr, of Old Chatham, N.Y.
He is also survived by nine grand-
children.
The funeral will be held from the
family home at 2 p.m. Sunday, with
services- at the Trinity Evangelical
Lutheran church at 2.30 p.m., tne
Rev M. C. Kretzmann officiating.
Burial will be in Riverdale cemetery.

Mrs. Minna A. Schoenherr,
85, of 726 Pasadena Ave., died
today (Aug. 16, 1968) in Buffalo
after a long illness. Born in Germany,
she had lived in this city
for 50 years and was a member
of Trinity Lutheran Church.
Surviving are three sons, Edmund,
Wilburt and Elmer; two
daughters, Mrs. Henry (Elsa)
Schroeder and Mrs. Howard
(Flora) Allan, all of tihis city;
11 grandchildren and 23 great
grandchildren.
Funeral services will be held
from the Lane Funeral Home
Monday at a time to . be announced.
The Rev. Lawrence
E. Herfurth of Trinity Lutheran
Church will officiate. Burial
will be in Rivcrdalc Cemetery.
Friends may call from 2 to 4
and 7 to 9 p.m. Saturday and
Sunday.
