ROCHESTER - Edith Emma Strothmann (nee Witkop), age 93, of the Town of Cambria, August 13, 2014, in Rochester, NY. Edith was a member of St. Andrew Lutheran Church, in the Town of Cambria, and had been a member of the Altar Guild.

She was the wife of the late William Strothmann. Beloved mother of Randy (Karen) Strothmann of Brockport, NY and the late Gary Strothmann. Grandmother of Nicole (Mark) Thomas of Brockport. Great-grandmother of Zachary, Connor and Brynn. Sister of James Witkop, Robert (Joyce) Witkop and the late Evelyn, Norman, Kenneth, Erwin and Wilbert; aunt of many nieces and nephews.

Friends may call at the Fretthold Funeral Home Inc., 1241 Oliver St. at Ward Rd., in North Tonawanda on Monday from 2-4 & 7-9 PM. Funeral services will be held on Tuesday at 10:30 AM from St. Andrew's Lutheran Church, 3229 Upper Mt. Rd., Sanborn. The Rev. R. Peter Vogeler will officiate. Interment in St. Andrew Lutheran Cemetery. If so desired, memorials may be made to St. Andrew Lutheran Church.
