    Notes:

    Kenneth C. Branch, Sr. passed away on September 4, 2015 after a long illness. Born to the late Ernest and Marion Branch on May 13, 1927. He was a lifelong resident of Wilson, NY. He was predeceased by his wife of 53 years, Phyllis (nee Rohring) in 2000. He was also predeceased by five brothers, Russell, Donald, Robert, Gordon and Bruce; one sister, Joyce (Jack) Perry.

    He is survived by a son, K. Charles of Lockport; a daughter, Connie Henning of Kenmore; and his dear friend, Peggy Lozaw. He leaves five grandchildren and ten great-grandchildren. He was a GM retiree, charter member of the Wilson Conservation Club and an exempt member of Wilson Fire Company. He enjoyed auto racing, his Southern Tier cabin and traveling.

    Private services will be held at the convenience of the family. There will be no prior visitation. Memorials in lieu of flowers to Wilson Fire Company #1. Arrangements by the Hamilton and Clark Funeral Home, 270 Young Street, Wilson.

    Thursday, Sept. 2, before
    the picturesque fireplace at t h e
    home of the bride's parents.
    The Rev. Walter L. Kingsley officiated.
    The fireplace was banked
    With tall baskets of white gladioli
    and baby's breath while ivy was
    entwined across the mantel from
    tall vases.
    DARK RED CORSAGE
    The bride wore a white Shantung
    suit and white accessories and
    her corsage was of dark red roses.
    Miss Joan Hornsby, maid of honor,
    was attired In an aqua gabardine
    suit with white accesories and
    her corsage was of pink roses.
    Warren Ward was best man.
    The bride's mother was gowned
    In a gray crepe dress with dark
    green suede accessories while the
    bridegroom's mother was gowned
    In a dark green crepe dress with
    black accssories. Both wore corsages
    of gardenias.
    RECEPTION FOLLOWS
    Following the ceremony, a recep-
    tion to 150 guests was held. Long
    tables decorated with garden flow
    ers were arranged on the l a wn
    where a buffet supper was served.
    Fourteen guests were seated at the
    bridal table.
    The couple left for a motor trip
    through Canada and upon their re
    turn will be at home in their new
    apartment on Young Street.
    Pre-nuptial affairs for the bride
    included a linen shower given by
    Mrs. Lawrence Urtel, Newfane;
    bathroom shower given by Miss
    Helen Urtel, Randall Road; a vari
    ety shower given by Miss Joan
    Hornsby, Wilson, and a pantry
    shower given by Mrs. Wallace
    Ward, Randell Road.

    70, of 279 Mechanic St., husband
    of Mrs. Marion Branch, died
    this morning at Lockport after
    a long illness.
    He was born May 20, 1902
    in the Town of Hartland, a son
    of Andrew and Alida (Ernest)
    Branch.
    He had worked as a carpenter
    in construction work for most
    of his life.
    Surviving, besides his widow,
    are six sons and a daughter,
    Russell, Kenneth, Robert and
    Bruce Branch and Mrs. Jack
    (Joyce) Perry, all of Wilson and
    Donald and Gordon Branch,
    both of Lockport; a sister, Mrs.
    Marion Frombgen of Lockport
    and two brothers, Rogers and

    Funeral Chapel here, where
    funeral services will be held at
    10:30 a.m. Monday. The Rev.

    She was born in the Town of
    Hartland on Aug. 11. 1880,
    daughter of Josiha Ernest and
    Elizabeth Clerk. She was the widow
    of Elbert J. Branch who died
    in 1941.
    Mrs. Branch, a resident of Lockport
    for 38 years, taught in several
    one - room school houses in
    the county for many years until
    her retirement abut 1940. Until
    five years ago she worked as a
    kitchen aide in the Lockport Hospital.
    She was a charter member
    of the Newfane Grange and a
    member of Emmanuel Methodist
    Church.
    Surviving are one daughter,
    Mrs. Henry (Marion) Frombgen
    of Lockport; three sons, Ernest
    A. Branch of Wilson, Roger
    Branch of Gasport and Walter L.
    Branch of Lockport; 13 grandchildren
    and 36 great • grandchildren.

    Brockman, died unexpectedly
    Tuesday (Nov. 24, 1964) at
    O'Stewart Nursing Home, Gasport,
    where she had been a patient
    since May.
    Born in the Town of Cambria
    Aug. 29, 1883, she was the
    daughter of William and Augusta
    Luck Koeppen. She was married
    in 1907 to Mr. Brockman,
    who died in 1957. Since his
    death, she had made her home
    with her daughter, Mrs. Marion
    Branch of Wilson.
    She also survived by three
    sisters, Mrs. Rose Ganshaw and
    Mrs. Ella Lansill, both of Wil-
    son, and Mrs. Emma Schultz of
    Lockport.
    Friends may call from 7 to 9
    this evening and tomorrow from
    2 to 4 and 7 to 9 at Hamilton &
    Clark Funeral Home, Wilson,
    where services will be held at 2
    p.m. Friday. The Rev. Paul
    Huyett will officiate.

    WILSON, Nov. 9-Former chair-
    man of the Town Board of Assessors,
    William C. Rohring, 82. of
    Lake Ave., died yesterday (Nov. 8,
    1955) in Ransomville General Hospital
    where he had been a patient
    for several weeks.
    Born in Germany Dec. 5, 1872,
    Mr. Rohring came to the United
    States with his parents in 1885. The
    family took up residence in Brayley
    Rd. His parents were Charles and
    Wilhelmina Rohring.
    Mr. Rohring married Reka Kraus
    of this village in 1893. She died
    in 1931. He was married to Cecilia
    Kiegler, Buffalo, in 1933.
    Survivors include his wife; five
    sons, Elwood, Glenn,-.Clarence,
    Wesley and Levell Rohring; a'
    daughter, Mrs. Mabel Urtel, all of,
    the Town of Wilson; two stepsons
    August Kiegler, Buffalo, and Paul
    Kiegler, Hopewell. Va.; 20 grandchildren
    and 28 great grandchildren.
    He was predeceased by a son, Wilbur-
    Rohring. All his children were
    born during his first marriage.
    Mr. Rohring operated a farm in
    Town Line Rd. until 1926 when
    he retired from farming. He served
    as tax collector for two years, as
    superintendant of highways for 10
    years and as a member of the Board
    of Assessors for 20 years, 18 of
    which as chairman.
    Funeral services will be conducted
    at 2 p.m. Friday at thc residence,
    and at St. Peter's Evangelical Lutheran
    Church. North Ridge, at
    2:30. Burial will be in the Lutheran
    Cemetery. North Ridge. The Rev.
    Carl W. Oldach will officiate.

    Wilhelm married KRASE, Fredericke on 30 Aug 1893 in North Ridge, Town of Cambria, Niagara County, NY.     Born in England, Mr. Morris had
    resided in this city from 1905 until
    three years ago when he moved
    to Wilson to live with his daughter,
    Mrs. Levell L. Rohring.
    He had been employed by the
    former Braas Bros. Building Contractors
    for many, years before retiring
    in 1947 as a foreman of millwrights
    at the Shredded Wheat Co.
    He was a. member of St James
    Methodist Church, Niagara River
    Lodge No. 785 F&AM, Bellevue
    Lodge No. 316, IOOF, and Modern
    Woodmen of the World.
    Mr. Morris is survived by another
    daughter, Mrs. Lionel M.
    Priddle, Lewiston; two sisters, Mrs.
    Beatrice Matteson, this city, and
    Mrs. Rosetta Benedict, Buffalo; a
    brother, Gulius Morris, Fargo, N.
    D.; six grandchildren, and nine
    great grandchildren.

    Funeral Chapel after 3 p.m. Sunday.

    at the chapel Tuesday at
