    In an afternoon ceremony, July 23, in St. Matthew's
    Evangelical Lutherai? Church, Miss Mary Jane Braegas,
    daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Carl Braegas became the bride
    of Paul Hoover, son of Mr. and Mrs. Augustus Hoover, of
    Lucindia, Pa.
    The Rev. A. H. Moldenhauer of
    ficiated before an altar adorned
    with summer flowers.
    Mrs Paul Richert presented
    traditional organ music and ac-
    companied the soloist Alvin Pa-
    gels.
    Given in marriage by her fa-
    ther, the bride wore a gown of
    white organdy and eyelet with a
    sweetheart neckline, short sleeves
    and a floor-length skirt. A Juliet
    cap of eyelet held her veil of il-
    lusion. She carried white bridal
    roses and ivy on a prayer book.
    Matron of honor for her sister
    was Mrs. John Brody who wore a
    gown of orchid organdy. The dress
    was designed with a scoop neckline
    and satin sash encircled the waist
    She wore a pleated organdy band
    in her hair and carried daisies and
    ivy.
    Wearing an identically styled
    costume in yellow was Miss Jean
    Maerten, the bridesmaid. The
    bridegroom's niece, Miss Connie
    Neeley, as junior bridesmaid, wore
    mint green organdy. They carried
    bouquets of daisies and ivy.
    James Manth attended the bridegroom
    as best man. Ushers
    were John Brody and Paul Rum--
    bold.
    The bride's mother chose a gown
    of aqua lace accented with white
    accessories and a corsage of pink
    carnations. The bridegroom's sis-
    ter, Ms. Lee Keeley, wore a
    lavender print dress with navy ac-
    cessories and a corsage of pink
    carnations. A navy blue dress,
    wite accessories and corsage of
    carnations was selected by the
    bride's grandmother, Mrs. M. F.
    Copeland.
    A dinner in St. Matthew's par-
    ish hall was folowed by a recep-
    tion in the home of the bride's
    parents.
    After a wedding trip to Canada,
    Mr. and Mrs. Hoover are at home
    in 284 Miller St.
