    John "Jack" Donovan formerly of Lewiston, NY, passed away suddenly on Friday, October 17, 2014, in Prescott Valley, AZ at his residence at the age of 66. Jack was born in Niagara Falls on January 18, 1948, son of the late William J. and Ruth (Mack) Donovan.

    Jack graduated from Bishop Duffy High School and in September 1967 enlisted in the U.S. Army, serving two tours of duty in Vietnam. Jack retired from the U.S. Postal Service as a mail carrier and relocated to Prescott Valley, AZ in 2004.

    He is survived by his wife, Nancy (Russell) of Prescott Valley; step-daughter, Lori Humphrey (Larry); step-son, Rod Seymour (Jennifer), both of Niagara Falls; grandchildren, Kayla, Larissa, Ciara and Anthony; his sisters, Monica (Paul) Mamon of Youngstown, Rita (William) Geiben and Sandra (Mark) Rykiel, both of Lewiston. He is also survived by nephews, niece and cousins.

    A memorial mass will be held on Monday, November 10, 2014 at 10 AM at St. Peter's R.C. Church, 620 Center Street, Lewisotn, NY.
