Terrance R. "Terry" Carr, of Niagara Falls, passed away on Friday, January 30, 2015, at his home under the care of his family and Niagara Hospice. He was born in Niagara Falls, NY, on February 21, 1954, the son of the late Harold R. and Gertrude M. [Quester] Carr.

Terry graduated from Niagara Falls High School and received his B.A. degree in Sociology from SUNY at Oswego.
He took great pride in his career working with individuals that had intellectual and developmental disabilities with the Broome County Developmental Center, for over 20 years. Terry was an avid BILLS fan and never missed a game. He also enjoyed listening to Jazz and playing cards. He will
be sadly missed by all who loved him.

Terry is survived by four brothers Dennis F. (Barbara) Carr, Robert E. (Dawn) Carr, Richard W. (Rosanne) Carr and Timothy H. (Janice) Carr, three sisters Barbara R. Chapman, Gail C. Pendergast and Nancy L. (Terry) Hawes, also many nieces and nephews. He was the brother of the late Harold and Warren "Sonny" Carr, Catherine "Kitty" Moeller and Patricia Lundy.

Private funeral services were held at the wishes of his family.

Judge Norman D. Fish In surrogate
court today probated the will and
codicil of John A. Quester, of Cambria,
who died March 13. The value
of the estate is given at $ 500 and upwards
personal and $1,000 and upwards
real. Henry W. Quester, a son,
living at Niagara Falls, is the executor.
Under the will Herman A. Quester,
another son, of Cambria, Is given the
household furniture and effects.
The balance of the personal property
goes to Henry W. and Frank Quester,
sons, both of Niagara Falls, share
equally.
The Lerch farm, containing 100
acres and occupied by decendent up
to the time of hla death, is bequeathtd
to Herman A. and Albert C. Quester,
sons, the latter of Rochester. This
farm Is located In Cambria.
Another farm of 42 1-2 acres on the
Lower Mountain Road near Cambria
Center goes to Dona Quester, a granddaughter.
Miss Quester is a daughter
of August F. Quester, of Rochester,
The balance of the estate is divided
equally among Herman A., Albert C.
and Henry W., sons and Dona, the
grand-daughter.
The codicil directs that money
loaned to Herman A., Albert C. and
Augustus F. Quester be made leins on
their bequests.

Johann married YAUDE, Albertina Friedericke Christiane about 1871 in New York. Albertina was born on 14 May 1848 in Prussia; died on 24 Jun 1894 in Town of Wheatfield, Niagara County, NY. [Group Sheet] [Family Chart]

Mrs. Amelia Zastro(sic),63 years old, wife of August Zastro of the Ward road at St. Johnsburg, died at home on Saturday night after a lingering illness. Mrs. Zastro was born in Germany and lived in the town of Wheatfield for thirty-one years. Besides her husband, four daughters, Mrs. Emma Holland, Mrs. Helen Ellman, Mrs. Freida Quester, and Miss Lottie Zastro, all of Wheatfield, and four sons, Frank Zastro of Niagara Falls, Herbert and Otto Zastro of North Tonawanda and August Zastro of St. Johnsburg, survive.
The funeral will be held tomorrow afternoon from the family home at 1:30 and a half hour later from the St. John's church at St. Johnsburg. Burial will be made in the St. Johnsburg cemetery
