    Miss Elizabeth Palmer, daughter of
    Mr. and Mrs. Fred Palmer of Syracuse,
    and Everett C. Brewster, son
    of Mr. and Mrs. Coral Brewster of
    Poplar Ridge, were united in marriage
    at 2:30 P M. on Saturday, Sept. 28th,
    in the First Presbyterian Church in
    Auburn.
    The double ring ceremony was per
    formed by Rev. A. Paul Wright.
    The bride was given in marriage
    by her father, and wore a white
    chiffon marquesitte over satin with
    long sleeves and high neck line and
    a long white veil which had been
    worn by the bridegroom's mother and
    carried white roses.
    Mrs. La Verne Myers of Scipio Center,
    sister of the bridegroom, was the
    maid of honor. She wore a rose taffeta
    silk dress with veil to match,
    and caried pink gladioli.
    Mrs. Robert Horn and Mrs- Florir.
    Hundley were bridesmaids, and they
    wore shell pink taffeta and powder
    blue taffeta gowns and carried bonquete
    of gladioli.
    LaVeme Myers, of Scipio Center,
    a brother-on-law of the bride groom
    was the best man.
    Charles Brewster, of Weedsport,
    Robert Waldron of Grand Rapids,
    Mich,, Robert Horn of Genoa and
    Lloyd Hundley of Auburn were ushers
    at the church
    A largely attended reception was
    held at the home of Mr. and Mrs-
    tis Hundley, Owasco St., where
    bridal couple received at a table a
    very beautiful four-tired wedding
    cake. A buffet luncheon was served.
    Folowing a wedding trip to Canada,
    Wisconsin and Michigan, Mr.
    and Mrs. Everett Brewster will make
    their home at Poplar Ridge-
    The bridegroom spent over twenty
    months in the E. G. O war.
    Out of town guests were from
    Ohio, Michigan, Moravia, Groton, Sy-
    racuse, Weedsport and Poplar Ridge.
    Pre-nuptial events including showers,
    were glyen by Mrs. Robert Horn
    of Genoa, Mrs. LaVeme Myers of
    Scipio Center and Mrs. Otis Hundley
    of Auburn.
    Also a dinner was given by 8 girls
    employees of the Columbia Rope Co
    and a lovely wool blanket presented
    to the bride.
    The bride is employed at the Columbia
    Rope Co. in Auburn
