    man. Charles St.. Burt, Friday
    afternoon, (May 2, 1958) after a
    long illness
    Born in Greece, N. Y he was
    the son of David Bridgeman and
    Mary Nashert. His wife, Blanche
    Glidden, died in May 1934.
    He lived in Clarendon for 55
    years where he worked for the
    Town and State Highway Dept.
    For 6 years, he was a Republican
    committeeman. For the past 15
    years he resided in Burt.
    Besides his son, he leaves two
    grandchildren, George aand Virgin-
    ia Bridgeman.
    Services will be held Monday
    afternoon at 2 at the Webster
    Funeral Home, Holley. Burial will
    be at Holley.

    George married GLIDDEN, Blanche on 1 Mar 1893. Blanche was born about 1872 in New York; died in May 1934. [Group Sheet] [Family Chart]

    The death of Mrs. Mary Nesbitt
    Bridgeman, wife of David Bridgeman,
    Sr., occurred about 8 o'clock Monday
    evening, June 25, at the home of her
    daughter, Mrs. George Housel of
    Clarendon.
    She was born in Canada October
    14, 1850. On March 16, 1865 she was
    united in marriage to David Bridge-
    man, who survives her.
    She also leaves two daughters, Mrs.
    George Housel and Mrs. Perry Butch-
    er, and three sons, George, Dvaid and
    Nesbitt J. Bridgeman, all of Claren-
    don; twelve grandchildren and five
    great-grandchildren, and a half sis-
    ter, Mrs.. J. Buell of Rochester.
    A third daughter, Mrs. Mary
    Brown, passed away eighteen years
    ago.
    Funeral service were held from
    the home of Mrs. Housel Wednesday
    afternoon, Rev. L. H. Robinson offi-
    ciating, and interment was made in
    Hillside cemetery.

    5. BRIDGEMAN, Amanda P was born about 1884 in New York; and died.
