Tonawanda, Mrs. Hazel Briggs of
Geneva, New York. Also, survived
by ten grandchildren, twenty great
grandchildren and one niece.
Funeral services will be held at
the Rhoney Funeral Home Inc., 5893
Hoover Rd., Sanborn, Saturday at
10:30 a.m. with the Rev. Norbert
Wasiewicz officiating. Interment in
North Ridge Cemetery. The family
will be present from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m.
Friday. If preferred memorials may
be made to St. Pauls United Church
of Christ, Shawnee.

and Jones Funeral Home Inc.,
Sanborn, N.Y., Thursday at 2
p.m. with Rev. James P.
Kenyon officiating. Interment in
North Ridge Cemetery. It is the
family's wish that flowers be
gratefully declined. If preferred,
contributions may be made to
the Heart Fund. The family will
be present from 7 to 9 Tuesday
and 2 to 5 and 7 to 9 Wednesday.

Mrs. Blanche E. Barber, 83, of 5846
Griffin St., Sanborn, died this morning
at Memorial Medical Center, Niagara
Falls, where she had been a patient for
the past month.
At one time, Mrs. Barber served as a
Sanborn Public Library trustee and
was active in the Niagara County
Home and Farm Bureaus.
Mrs. Barber and her husband, Alfred
D. Barber, celebrated their 66th
wedding anniversary last June 20.
Besides her husband, Mrs. Barber is
survived by three sons, Stanley L.
Barber of Sanborn, Milo D. Barber of
the Town of Wheat field and DeForest
Barber of North Tonawanda; a daughter,
Mrs. John Briggs of Geneva, N.Y.;
10 grandchildren and 14 greatgrandchildren.
Services will be at 2 p.m. Thursday
at the Pike & Jones Funeral Home,
5893 Hoover Road, Sanborn. Burial will
be in North Ridge Cemetery.

Eugene married Susan about 1881. Susan was born in Jul 1862 in New York; died on 30 Jan 1932 in Lockport, Niagara County, NY. [Group Sheet] [Family Chart]
