The will of William M. Brinkworth,
well known plumbing contractor,
was probated yesterday in
Surrogate's Court and divided his
estate, valued at $31,000, among
five children. They are Mary Hawkins.
38 Athol St.; John E. Brinkworth,
26 Winter St.; William M.
Brinkworth, Jr., 291 Crestwood
Ave.; James P., Brinkworth, 317
Woodward Ave., and Frank J.
Brinkworth, 245 Elmwood Ave.
The latter was named executor.
Mr. Brinkworth died August 26th.

William M. Brinkworth, 76, for
nearly half a century prominent
in the plumbing and heating business,
died last night in Sisters
Hospital after a short illness. His
home was at 516 Massachusetts
Ave. The time and place of the
funeral will be announced later.
Born In the First Ward, he was
graduated from St. Brigid's School.
Among the work which he supervised
were plumbing and heating
installations in Ellicott Sq., City
Hall, the 65th Armory and other
large structures in Buffalo.
He was appointed by Mayor J.
N. Adam as chairman of the city
examining board of plumbers, a
post which he filled for 12 years.
He was a member of the Knights
of Columbus.
Surviving are one daughter. Mrs.
Charles P. Hawkins, and four sons.
John E., Frank J.. James P. and
William M. Brinkworth, Jr., all of
Buffalo.
