    Chadwicks - Wallace Byron
    Bristol, 45, died unexpectedly in
    his home Dec. 26. 1945. following
    his return from work. Dr. Preston
    Clark, conorer, was called and
    gave the cause of death as a heart
    attack.
    Mr. Bristol was born in Utica
    June 22, 1900, son of Etta Scouten
    and the late Charles Bristol. He
    lived in Utica until eight year
    ago when he came here. He was
    a repairman for the New York
    Telephone Co. for 22 years.
    He married Anna Schug in Utica
    Oct 2, 1925, in St. Joseph's
    Church. He was a member of St.
    Anthony of Padua Church, this
    village and of its Holy Name So-
    ciety.
    Besides his wife, Mr. Bristol
    leaves one daughter, Miss Mary
    Bristol, student nurse in the Col-
    lege of St. Rose, Albany; three
    sons, Wallace, Robert and Richard
    Bristol, all at home; his mother,
    Mrs. Etta Bristol, Utica three
    sisters, Mrs. Harry Goode and Mrs.
    Louise Owens, both of Utica, and
    Mrs. John McAvoy, Washington,
    D.. C. ad three brothers, Francis,,
    ???? and ??? of Utica.
    The funeral will be held at 9
    a.m. Saturday from the home and
    at 9:30 from St Anthony of Padua
    Church.

    Chadwicks, died Tuesday, June 12.1979
    in St. Elizabeth Hospital.
    --She was born-in Utica. March 23.
    1902. a daughter of the late George H
    and Mary Gorman Schug. In 1924, she
    was married to Wallace Bristol, who
    died in 1945, and in 1959, she married
    Lloyd Bose For many years, she was
    employed at the New York Telephone
    "Company, and retired from there In
    J967^Mrs. Bose was a member of St.
    Anthony of Padua Church Chadwicks,
    the Altar Rosary Society, the Senior
    Citizens, the Telephone Pioneers of
    America, the Catholic Women's Club,
    and Utica Maenerchor.
    She is survived by her husband of
    Chadwicks; one daughter,~Mrs. Peter
    (Mary) Suplee, Rome; three sons, Wallace
    Bristol, Rochester, Robert Bristol,
    Philadelphia. Pa. and Richard Bristol
    of Brookview, Conn.; twelve grandchildren
    and six great grandchildren.
    The funeral will be held on Saturday
    morning at 8:45 from the Heintz Funeral
    Home. 1517 Whitesboro Street. Utica.
    and at 9:30 in ST. Anthony of Padua
    Church. Chadwicks. Interment will be
    in St. Agnes Cemetery. Calling hours
    are 2-4 and 7-9 Thursday and Friday.

    Miss Anna M. Schug, daughter of
    Mr. and Mra. George Schug. 908
    Court Street, and Wallace Byron
    Bristol, were married at 9 o'clock
    this morning in St. Joseph's
    Church with a nuptial mass celebrated
    by the Rev. Innocent Dres-
    seL The bride was attended by her
    niece, Mlss Loretta Schug and Jo-And'Jo-
    seph N. Schug, brother of the bride,
    acted as beat man.
    The bride wore white crepe de
    chine and carried a shower bou-
    quet of. White roses. Her attendant
    wore orange crepe and carr
    ried tea. roses.
    The ushers were Francis.Bristol,
    brother of the bridegroom, and
    Thomas Schug. brother -of the
    bride.
    Breakfast followed tbe ceremony
    at the home of the bride's parents
    and later a reception took place
    with a lrge number of friends and
    relatives In attendance.
    The bridegroom. son of Mr. and
    Mrs Charles Bristol, 1011 Nye Avenue
    Is connected with the N. Y.
    Telephone Co.. and the bride has
    been assistant evening chief at the
    same company
    Mr. anl Mrs. Bristol left on a
    trip to Rochester and Niagara
    Fall, to make their home at 208
    Court Street. "
    The brlde has been honored at
    many parties. Including showers by
    employes, of the telephone com*
    panny at the home of Miss Leola
    Smith and showers by the Misses
    Agnes and Margaret Cloonan,
    Miss Elizabeth Owens. Miss Eliza-
    beth Beyche, Mrs. Joseph Schug,
    Mrs. William Schug. Mrs. George
    Schug Jr. and Mrs. Thomas Schug.
    The couple received a large array
    of beautiful gifts.
