Shirley Jean Broecker (Bowen) age 94, of North Tonawanda, Suddenly, September 28, 2018 in Millard Fillmore Suburban Hospital. She was the daughter of the late Allen and Cynthia (Hovey) Bowen. Allen was an engineer for International Filler Co. She was the wife of the late Alvin Broecker and the sister of the late Robert Bowen. Beloved mother of Sue (late Jim) Fox of North Tonawanda, Robert Broecker and David Broecker both of Sarasota, Fl, and Jeffrey (Trish) Broecker of North Tonawanda. Grandmother of 10 grandchildren and 2 great-grandchildren.
