Gary L. Sattelberg Jr. passed away on Sunday, July 5, 2015 at the age of 36 under the care of Niagara Hospice after a courageous battle with an illness.

He worked as a meteorologist at the Niagara Falls Air Base Weather Station. He enjoyed bowling, fishing, and playing cards. He also loved working out.

He is survived by his mother, Melinda Sattelberg; step father, Bryan Bouch; sister, Jennifer Sattelberg; a niece, Kaitlin Thompson and a nephew, Cory Thompson. He is predeceased by his father, Gary Sattelberg Sr.

No prior visitation. A private service will be held.

Mary R. Francis, 80, of North Tonawanda, NY, passed away on December 4, 2020 at Niagara Hospice House in Lockport, NY.  Born in North Tonawanda, NY, she was the daughter of the late Anthony and Josephine (Sadowski) Kloch.
Mary graduated from Mt. St. Mary’s High School in the Town of Tonawanda, where she was a member of a sorority.  On July 30, 1960, she married Richard S. Francis, who predeceased her in 1995. Mary was employed as a secretary for Columbus McKinnon Chain Works in Tonawanda, NY.  Mary loved baking and card playing, especially pinochle.  Above all, she enjoyed spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren.
Mary is survived by her children, Melinda Sattelberg (Brian Vouch), Carolyn Francis, and Connie (Timothy) Lemanski; her grandchildren, Jennifer Sattleberg, Richard Kavanaugh, Kenneth Francis, Marilyn Dryburgh, Timothy Lemanski, Jr., and Jonathon Lemanski; great grandchildren, Kaitlin, Cory, Ava, Camden, and Isla; her siblings, Michael (Jeanette) Kloch, Thomas (Lauren) Kloch, Barbara (Larry) Moore, Francis (Jackie) Kloch, Stephen (Lana) Kloch, Margaret (Frank) Lehman, Catherine Kloch, and Theresa Kloch, as well as several nieces, nephews and cousins.  She was predeceased by her grandson, Gary Sattleberg, Jr., as well as her siblings, Anthony Kloch, Jr. and Anna Gunn.

Beloved husband of Mrs. Ada (nee Roggow) Sattelberg, father of Mrs. Edwin
(Melva) Howell, Albert M. and Alvin R. Sattelberg, all of North Tonawanda;
brother of John Sattelberg of North Tonawanda; grandfather of seven
grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
Friends received by the family from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. at the Brunner
Funeral Home, 156 Robinson St., North Tonawanda, where services will be
conducted at 1:30 p.m. Thursday (Nov. 13). The Rev. Luther Knauff will
officiate. Interment in St. Marks Cemetery.
At the request of the family, in lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to
the St. Martin's Lutheran Church building fund.

Mrs. Louise V. Sattelberg

Mrs. Louise V. Sattelberg, 44 years, died Saturday evening at her home on the Niagara Falls boulevard, following a lingering illness. Mrs. Sattelberg was a life-long resident of the Martinsville section of North Tonawanda.

She is survived by her husband Albert; a daughter, Melva; two sons, Albert Jr., and Alvin; a sister, Miss Amanda Wurl and three brothers, Edward and Alvin Wurl, all of North Tonawanda and Martin Wurl, Buffalo.

The funeral will be held tomorrow afternoon at 2 o’clock from the residence and half an hour later from St. Martin’s church, Rev. Theophil Berner officiating. Interment in St. Martin’s cemetery.

Sattleberg of Martinsville was
Solemnised at St. Maerten's Church
in Martinsville, at 5 o'clock, yesterday
afternoon. The church was beautifully
decorated with palms and ferns.
The Reverend Theophfiius Berner
performed the ceremoney in the presence
of a large number of relatives
and friends. The bride, who was given
in marriage by her father, was
gowned in white satin with pearl
ormrmerits. Her veil was fastened
with a bandeau of pearls and lillies-
If-the-valley and she carried Bride
roses. Miss Amanda Wurl, who was
maid-of-honor was gowfled in pink
voile. The bridesmaids were: Miss
Sophia Sattleberg, Miss Bsther Goerss
Miss 'Matilda Broecker tend Miss
Sophia Goerss. The briesmaids were
all gowned alike in dresses of white
embroidery, and carried white asters.
Mr. Gottlieb Sattleberg was' the best
man and the groomsmen were: Mr.

William Schrdeder arid Mr. Rufus
Goerss. After the ceremoney their
was a reception and "dinner for 150
guests at the home of the brides parents.
