    Notes:

    Doris Ann Wik Raduns, age 83, born on August 29, 1933 in Amherst, NY, passed away peacefully on July 27, 2017. 

    She was a resident at Briarwood Manor in Lockport and married Clare Raduns in 1953. She was the daughter of the late Elva (MacVittie) Vincent Wik, Sr. and was surrounded by her five children: Deborah (John) Sweeney Jr., Kevin (Beth) Raduns, Tracey (Doreen) Raduns, Karen (Mike) Wetherbee and Cindy Sanford. She is survived by her 5 brothers: Vincent (Marian) Wik Jr., Joe (Peggy) Wik, Peter (Marge) Wik, Mark (Donna) Wik, Lee (Sheila) Wik; sister-in-law: Shirley Stahl; brother-in-law: Brian (June) Raduns, 17 grandchildren, 9 great grandchildren and many cousins, nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by daughter-in-law: Marg Raduns and brother-in-law: Bob Stahl.

    Doris was a graduate of Akron School and received a degree in Food Service Administration from SUNY Morrisville. She worked as a local caterer and baker at the Park Hotel, Tommy Tucker's Bakery, Manager and baker at Donuts n Cream and was the pie maker at Hall Apple Farm for many years. She was employed at the Medina BOCES Food Service Program. Doris was an active 4-H member and leader, she was named Pie Queen, 4-H Leader of the Year, 4-H Family of the Year, and received the Distinguished Service Award in 4-H. She was the manager of the 4-H Pie Kitchen at the Niagara county Fair. Doris was most proud of receiving the 60 year 4-H leader pin, being a 3rd generation 4-H family and all of the accomplishments of her grandchildren.

    Doris was a lifelong member of Trinity Lutheran Church in Wolcottsville and a founding member of the Drift Dodgers Snowmobile Club.

    Family and friends will be present Monday, July 31, 2017 from 10 am until 12 noon at the Trinity Lutheran Church, 6369 Wolcottsville Road, Wolcottsville, NY. Funeral services will be held immediately following at noon from the church. Interment will be in Trinity Lutheran Cemetery.
    In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Doris Raduns 4-H Memorial, Niagara County 4-H Club Sponsors, Inc., 4487 Lake Avenue, Lockport, NY 14094.
