    CELEBRATE 25TH ANNIVERSARY: Mr. and Mrs. Addison
    Martin of 84 Elm St., Tonawanda, will celebrate their 25th
    wedding anniversary Saturday at an Open House and buffet
    supper in their home. Their daughter, Mrs. Donald Swider
    of Elm St., will be co-hostess with her mother. Mr. and Mrs.
    Martin were married June 5, 1937. The couple also has a son,
    Robert, who is stationed with the U.S. Navy, Philadelphia,
    Pa. Friends and relatives of the couple are invited to attend
    the garden party event.

    The marriage of Miss Mary P.
    Browning, daughter of Mrs. Irene
    Browning of 64 William street to
    Addison W. Martin of 22 Broad
    street, was solemnized Saturday
    afternoon, June 5, at 3 o'clock at
    tfoe home of the bride, the Rev.
    Henry C. Gall officiating. The
    house was attractively decorated
    with summer flowers.
    The bride wore a gown of pink,
    with veil to match and a corsage
    of white sweet peas and roses.
    Miss Lillian G. Browning., sisler
    of the bride, was maid of honor,
    wearing a gown of yellow net, and
    a corsage of sweet peas and
    roses.
    The bride's mother wore a blue
    flowered dress with a corsage of
    sweet peas and roses.
    The groom was attended by
    Harold W. Fess as best man.
    A buffet luncheon for fifty
    guests followed the ceremony at
    the home of the bride. The decorations
    were in pink, yellow,
    green and white, throughout the
    house. The table was centered
    with a three tiered wedding cake
    adorned with a miniature bride
    and groom.
    Mr. and Mrs. Martin left shortly
    after the ceremony for a trip to
    Washington, D. C. They are making
    their home at 64 William
    street.

    Walter G. Browning, 55 years
    old, died suddenly last night at
    his home, 64 William street. Born
    in Williamsville, he had resided in
    Tonawanda for the past 50 years.
    He leaves a wife, Irene L., nee
    Eaton: three sons, Walter F., Edward
    F. and Benjarfin W.; three
    daughters, Mrs. Charles Harms
    and the Misses Lillian G. and
    Mary R., and three grandchildren,
    all of the Tonawandas. Last rites
    will be conducted Saturday at 1.30
    p.m. from the residence. Burial
    will be in the White Chapel Memorial
    Park.

    AMBROSE - Irene Ambrose,
    58, of 84 Elm St., Tonawanda, died
    thursday evening (Dec. 4, 1958)
    after a lingering illness.
    Surviving are her husband, Leon
    Ambrose; two daughters, Mrs. Addison
    Martin and Mrs. Charles
    Harms of Tonawanda; three
    sons, Benjamin Browning of Der-
    by, N.Y., and Edward and Wal-
    ter Browning of Tonawanda; 12
    grandchildren; one great grand-
    child; one sister, Mrs. James Mar-
    tin of Tonawanda, and three
    brothers, H. C. Eaton of Olean,
    N.Y., and Amos and Harvey Ea-
    ton of Tonawanda.
    Friends may call at the Creasey
    Funeral Home, 93 Adam St., Ton-
    awanda, where services will take
    place at 2 p.m. Monday. The Rev.
    Ralph W. Stenquest of Grace
    Methodist Church will officiate.
    Interment White Chapel Memorial
    Park.
