    Michael David Smith, age 47 of Youngstown, died Friday September 11, 2015 in Mt. St. Mary's Hospital in Lewiston, after a lengthy illness.Michael was born October 6, 1967 in Lewiston, the son of David P. and Judith A. (Tylock) Smith of Youngstown. He was a 1985 graduate of Lewiston-Porter High School and received his Bachelor's Degree in Business and Marketing from the University of Buffalo. For the past 30 years, Michael has been the proud owner, operator, and DJ of Asylum Productions. He had volunteered his time and talent for many local charities.He was a communicant of St. Bernard's RC Church in Youngstown and an honorary member of the Youngstown Volunteer Fire Company. Besides being an avid NY Yankee fan Michael was a loyal son, a great brother and a good friend. Most of all he was a proud father. His family would like to extend a heartfelt thank you to all those people who assisted Michael throughout his illness. In addition to his parents, he is survived by his son, Andrew Smith of Lewiston, his brother, Timothy E. (Dawn) Smith of the Town of Wheatfield; his former wife, Allison Smith of Lewiston; a nephew, Nicholas, two nieces, Paige and Victoria, several cousins, aunts, uncles, extended family and friends. Friends may call at HARDISON FUNERAL HOME, N. Fourth & Ridge Streets, Lewiston on Tuesday, September 15, from 2 - 4 and 7 - 9 PM. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Wednesday, September 16, at 10:00 AM in St. Bernard's RC Church, Hinman and Second Sts., Youngstown, with the Rev. Msgr. Thomas Moran officiating. (Please assemble at Church). Entombment will follow in the Gate of Heaven Cemetery, Lewiston. In lieu of flowers, Memorials may be made to the Youngstown Volunteer Fire Co. Ambulance Fund, PO Box 387, Youngstown, NY 14174.

    Judith A. "Judie" Smith, age 74 of Youngstown, and wife of David P. Smith, entered into rest on Friday, February 5, 2021 at Niagara Hospice House in Lockport, NY. Judith was born October 13, 1946 in Lackawanna, NY. She is the daughter of the late Edmund and the late Josephine (Bonarek) Tylock.
    Judie was a graduate of Lackawanna High School and Doyle Beauty School. She married David P. Smith on November 19, 1966.
    She retired from Ransomville Bus Lines for the Lewiston-Porter School District as a bus driver in 2000 after 25 years. She was instrumental in organizing the fundraiser, along with her husband, for the Youngstown Vol. Fire Co.
    She is survived by her husband, David P. Smith; her son, Timothy E. (Dawn) Smith; a sister, Deborah (Richard) Kazmierczak; her grandchildren, Andrew, Nicholas, Paige and Victoria Smith; and a great-grandchild, Aiden Smith; also several nieces and nephews; and granddog, Maximus. Judie is predeceased by her son, Michael D. Smith, on Sept. 11, 2015.
    A special thanks to Jodie Neadow and Niagara Hospice also Dr. Marie Komin and staff.
    Visitation will be held on Tuesday from 2-4 PM and 6-8 PM at HARDISON FUNERAL HOMES, N. Fourth and Ridge Sts., Lewiston, NY. A service of committal for family and close friends will be held on Wednesday, February 10th at Gate of Heaven Cemetery. Entombment will be in All-Saints Mausoleum.
    In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Youngstown Volunteer Fire Co., PO Box 387, Youngstown, NY 14174, or Niagara Hospice, 4675 Sunset Dr., Lockport, NY 14094.
