    AKRON. Aug. 29 - Miss Elnora
    M. Wruck, daughter of Mr. and
    Mrs. August Wruck of the Creek
    road and Franklin Brucker so of
    Henry Brucker of the Brucker road
    were united in marriage Saturday,
    August 22, at four o'clock at the
    home of Rev and Mrs. A. O Wall,
    Rev Wall officiating. The attendants
    were Mian Mildred Brucker of
    Lockport, sister of the groom and
    Henry Wagner of Mlddleport.
    Mr. and Mrs Wruck will make
    their home on the Brucker road.

    MIDDLEPORT.-Funeral services
    will be held tomorrow afternoon at
    2 o'clock for August C. Wruck, 79,
    at his home on the Wruck road,
    Town of Royalton, and at 2.30
    o'clock at Zlon Lutheran church,
    Gasport. Burial will be In Royalton
    Mountain Ridge cemetery.
    Mr. Wruck passed away Wednesday
    after a long Illness. He leaves
    two sons and seven daughters, John
    and George Wruck, Mrs. Frank
    Becker, Mrs. Melvin Miller. Miss
    Sylvia Wruck. Mrs. Clyde Willis,
    Mrs. Hilda Weller, Mrs. Clifford
    Baes and Miss Irene Wruck; also
    ten grandchildren, one brother,
    Herman Wruck of California, two
    sisters, Mrs. Herman Nadler, of
    Wolcottsvllle and Mrs. John Wollenberg
    of Reynolds Basin.

    LOCKPORT
    -August C. Wruck.
    Town of Royalton. who died Oct. 29,
    left the life use of his Royalton farm
    to his son. John, provided that "he
    shall always permit such of my other
    children as may so desire to live ln
    the home on such farm."
    Mr. Wruck directed that after the
    death of his son. John, the farm
    shall go to such of his other children
    as shall have been living there
    for' at least a year preceding John's
    death. If none has lived there a
    year, John will be permitted to will
    It to such of his brothers and sisters
    as he" sees fit. Should John
    make no will, the property Is to be
    shared equally by his surviving
    brothers and sisters.
    Besides John, Mr. Wruck left another
    son and seven daughters,
    George Wruck, 11 Allen street. Lockport:

    All personal property, including
    farming equipment, tools, livestock,
    supplies and machinery were be-
    queather to the son, John, to "whom
    letters testamentary have been issued
    by Surrogate Raymond A.
    Knowles. The petition listed the estate-
    as $5,000 and upwards realty
    and $3,000 and upwards personal
    property.

    yesterday at the family residence,
    Wruck road. Gasport. Services will
    be held at the home at 2:30 o'clock
    and at 3 o'clock at the Zion Lutheran
    church, Gasport, with burial in
    Royalton Mountain Ridge cemetery.
    The Rev. Theodore Kuehner will officiate.

    the home of his daughter. Mrs. Herman Nadler, died Friday at an advanced
    age. The funeral was held Sunday afternoon at Wolcottsville. Rev. J. H. Knuebel officiated. Interment was made at Wolcottsville cemetery.
