Shirley Elaine Lindke, age, 87, of Gasport, entered into rest on Sunday, July 29, 2017. Born June, 25, 1930 in Gasport, Shirley is the daughter of the late: Ray and Grace (Brigham) Gaskill.

Shirley was married to Robert Gustave Lindke on August 7, 1954. Robert died November 28, 2015. She was a lifelong active member of the Covenant United Church of Christ. Shirley enjoyed spending time with family and friends and was an avid Buffalo Sabres fan.

Surviving are her children: Douglas (Jacque) Lindke and Barbara Lindke. Grandmother of: Alexandra (Ian) and Matthew Lindke. Sister of the late: Stuart Gaskill. Sister-in-law of: Carol Hussey. Also survived by several nieces and nephews.

Family and friends are invited to attend visitation at the Sherrie-Bream Funeral Home, 4521 Main Street, Gasport on Tuesday, from 4-7 pm. Funeral Services will be held on Wednesday, August 2, 2017 at 11:00 am from Covenant United Church of Christ, 4449 Gasport Road, Gasport, NY. Interment will be Hartland Central Cemetery, Gasport, NY.
