    Notes:

    Jean L. Letourneau, of Sanborn, NY, passed away on Saturday, December 5, 2015, at home under the care of her family and Niagara Hospice. She was born in Niagara Falls, NY on January 18, 1928, a daughter of the late Harold and Viola (Lorenz) Smoyer.

    Mrs. Letourneau moved to Sanborn in 1955 and was a cook at Niagara-Wheatfield School for 12 years, before retiring in 1981. She was a member of the Country Campers, Sanbornite Seniors and was a regular camper at Niagara Woodlands.
    Mrs. Letourneau enjoyed knitting, crocheting, going to the Casino and playing Bingo.

    She was the wife of the late James G. Letourneau, who died in March of 2002.
    Mrs. Letourneau is survived by a son,Timothy J. (Diane) Letourneau of the Town of Niagara, two daughters, Susan J. Letourneau of Sanborn and Sandra L. Letourneau of Stetsonville, WI, seven grandchildren Laura (Chris) Peskett, James (Billie Jo) Letourneau, Michele Kennedy, Mark (Tracey) Toth, Jennifer Letourneau, William Colley and Robin Letourneau, eleven great grandchildren, two great great grandchildren, her aunt June Miller and her life long friend Marie Guarin, also many nieces, nephews, cousins, friends and her constant companion Lucy. She was the sister of the late Jack (late Norma) Smoyer.

    Her family will be present on Tuesday from 2-4 & 7-9 PM at the RHONEY FUNERAL HOME, 5893 Hoover Road, SANBORN, NY, where funeral services will be held at 10:00 AM, with the Rev. Matthew Kofahl officiating.

    Memorials may be made in her name to Niagara Hospice, 4675 Sunset Drive, Lockport, NY 14094.

    Interment in Acacia Park Cemetery, Town of Pendleton, NY.
