Mrs Bessie Bugbee, 78, died.
December 4, 1955, at her home on
Main Street,..Brookfield, after a
short illness.
She was born: Aug. 15, 1877, in
Norwich; a' daughter of' Philandes
and Martha Perkins.; At age 8 she
moved to Stockwell. and attended.;.
district, schools there.
She was married to James Smith
in 1896: He died in 1900. In 1902,
she was married, to Fred Honey
baum; he died in' 1905.. She was
married to Mervin Bugbee and he.
died. in 1905. She- was a' member
of Brookfield F'irst Baptist; Church..
She leaves two sons; Charles .

daughters, Mrs. Martha Gmelin of
Stratford, Mrs; Alvina Bailey of
Elmira,; Mrs Lydia Guldon of
Endicott; 21 grandchildren.
The funeral was Tuesday .from
the Jonnston Funeral Home' with
Dr. Fred Harding First; Baptist
Church. pastor officiating. Burial',
was.in Stockwell Cemetery.
