LOCKPORT, July 6.-Following the
death, late yesterday, of Earl H. Bull,
30, of Millersport, in the City hospital
here from typhoid fever, Dr.
Lyman H. Wheeler, health officer of
the town of Lockport, today advised
residents of the town to boll all well
and cistern water used for drinking
and dishwashing purposes as a precaution.
Dr. Wheeler said that,
while there are no other known cases
of typhoid ln the town, wells and cisterns
are Unusually low, due to-the
dry season, thus increasing tne danger
from contamination. A sample of
the water from the well at the Bull
home has been taken for analysis
but no report has been received.
Bull was born in the town of Lockport
And had been employed for the
past 12 years at the Upson plant
here. He leaves his wife, Dorothy
Bull, and two children, Gerald and
Geraldine; his parents, Mr. and Mrs.
William C. Bull, and one sister, Hazel
Bull. All of Mlddleport. Funeral
services will be Saturday at 2 p.m.,
from the home of the parents, North
Creek road, Mlllersport. Interment
Will be in St. Peter's cemetery.
