    Mr. and Mrs. Fenton Bullard of New-
    fane announce the marriage of their
    daughter Gertrude, to Harold Sage at S
    o'clock oa Dec 11th, Rev. H. Lawford
    Nichols officiating;.
    Attendants were Mr. and Mra. Rarlos
    Daly.
    Ths bride wore her traveling suit of
    green broadcloth with hat to corre
    spond.
    A supper was served to the bridal
    party and a few intimate friends at the
    home of Russell Sage of Olcott.
    Mr. and Mrs. Sage will reside at
    Olcott.

    OLCOTT, Dec. 4-Funeral services
    for Fenton Bullard, 73, who died
    Monday morning at the home of
    his daughter, Mrs. Harold Sage,
    were conducted at the home of Mrs.
    Sage, this afternoon at 2:30 o'clock.
    Dr. George T. Webb of Newfane
    officiated.
    Bearers were Clesson Outwater,
    Ira, L Dickinson, Christopher Wolf,
    George C. McCarty, William Phillips
    and Louis Brado. Interment was
    In Corwin cemetery, Newfane.
    Mr. Bullard was born on the Lake
    road east of Olcott, In the same
    house in which his father was born
    and where both father and son
    were engaged for many years In
    farming. After disposing of his farm
    he entered the employ of the Lockport
    Felt company at Newfane,
    which position he held 20 years
    until last May when ill health compelled
    him to retire.
    Married hi 1888.
    He then came to Olcott to reside
    with his daughter Mrs. Sage. He
    was married March 21, 1888 in Rochester
    to Ella L. Godfrey. His
    wife died, June 15, 1031. He was a
    member of the Olcott Methodist
    Episcopal church.
    Mr. Sage, his son-in-law, related
    a peculiar incident which occurred
    a few hours before Mr. Bullard's
    death, be asked for his watch,
    which had not been running for
    months.
    After winding it, it was put away
    and the watch had stopped at the
    exact time of his death. Other children,
    surviving besides Mrs. Sage
    are three sons and a daughter, Harry
    and Claude of Newfane, Ray of
    Lockport, and Mrs. Leah Williams
    also of Lockport.

    Fenton married GODFREY, Ella L on 21 Mar 1888. Ella (daughter of GODFREY, George and Esther) was born in Mar 1866 in New York; died on 15 Jun 1931 in Lockport, Niagara County, NY. [Group Sheet] [Family Chart]

    Bullard, passed away suddenly, Mewfane,
    N. Y, Monday afternoon, June
    15, 1031. She leaves beside* her
    husband, two daughters and three
    sons, Mrs. Gertrude Sage of Olcott,
    N. Y., Mrs. Earl Williams of Buffalo,
    N. Y„ Harry H., Claude O., and Bay
    8. Bullard of Newfane, N. Y„ seven
    grandchildren, also one brother,
    Reuben Godfrey of Lockport, N. Y,
    Funeral services will be held from
    the home of her daughter, Mrs. Sage
    of Olcott, N. Y., Thursday afternoon,
    June 18, 1931, at 2:30 o'clock (Day
    light Saving Time). Burial at Cor
    win cemetery.

    Esther, widow of Geo. Godfrey, died
    at the home of her daughter, Mrs.
    Fenton Bullard at Newfane, this
    (Tuesday) morning at 3 o'clock, aged
    74 years.
    She leaves to mourn her loss on e
    daughter, Mrs. Fenton Bullard of
    Newfane, one son, R. R. Godfrey of
    Newfane, three sisters, one brother,
    13 grandchildren and seven great-
    grand children.
    Funeral services will be held from
    home of Harrison H. Bullard, Me-
    chanics street, Newfane, Thursday at
    2 p.m. Interment at Corwin ceme-
    tery.
