    Garlock, 61, of 884 Roches-
    ter Rd a past secretary of
    the former Victor Food Corp.,
    died yesterday (Jan. 27, 1963)
    at the home of his daughter,
    Mrs J. Joseph Sullivan of
    Fishers Rd. He had been ill
    lor some time.
    Mr. Garlock was born in
    the Town of Manchester May
    8,1901, a son of William and
    Nellie Terry Garlock of Port
    Gibson. He graduated from
    Newark High School and
    former Mechanics Institute in
    Rochester. *

    For a short time he worked
    with his father in the family
    store and creamery in Port
    Gibson, located on the old
    Erie Canal over which the
    Garlocks shipped butter until
    the canal closed. Following
    this he worked as a parts
    manager in automobile con-
    cerns in Newark and Ge-
    neva.
    Mr. Garlock moved to
    Victor in 1945 from Geneva
    and joined.his brothers as a
    bookkeeper in the Victor
    Food Corp. Later, he served
    as its secretary and continued
    in this capacity until he re-
    tired in 1960.
    He was a member of the
    Victors Lions Club,
    as its treasurer. He also be-
    longed to Milnor Lodge,
    F&AM, in Victor.
    Surviving are his widow,
    Mrs. Catherine Hart Garlock;
    two daughters, Mrs. Sullivan
    and Mrs. Gaylord Bulman;
    one son, William Garlock, all
    of Victor; four sisters, Misses
    Fern and Emma Garlock,
    Mrs. Howard Burgess of Port
    Gibson and Mrs. Lydia Over-
    end of Brooklyn; three
    brothers, C. Terry Garlock of
    Newark, Everett aGrlock of
    Canandaigua and Elbert Gar-
    lock of Victor, and eight
    grandchildren. .. -
    Friends may call at the
    Cotton Funeral Home, Maples
    Avenue, Victor, today from
    7 to 9 and Tuesday from 2 to
    4 and 7 to 9 p.m. A Masonic
    rite will be held there Tues-
    day at 8 p.m.
    Funeral service will be
    conducted Wednesday at 2
    p.m. in the funeral home.
    Rev. Percy Asher, pastor of
    Victor Methodist Church, win
    officiate. Burial will be in St.
    Patrick's Cemetery, Victor, at
    the convenience of the family
