    Notes:

    Ruth Pasquarette, age 77, of the Town of Cambria, died unexpectedly on Saturday, January 14, 2017 in Buffalo General Medical Center. Ruth was born on July 7, 1939 in Wilson, the daughter of the late Edward and Agatha (Beutel) Schaal.
    She was a graduate of Wilson High School and she married Gale C. Pasquarette on November 22, 1958. They have resided in Cambria since 1969. Ruth was a very active member of St. Paul Lutheran Church in Wilson. She enjoyed her workouts and exercising at the Lockport Athletic and Fitness Club.
    She is survived by her husband, Gale; a son, Steve (Karen) Pasquarette of Honeoye Falls, NY; her grandchildren, Ryan, Miranda, Amy, and Aiden; and a great-grandchild, Spencer. She was predeceased by a son, Andrew Pasquarette; a brother, Elton Schaal; and two sisters, Dolores Schaal and Helen Wollaber.
    Friends may call at HARDISON FUNERAL HOME, 3648 Ransomville Rd., Ransomville on Tuesday from 4-7 PM. Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, January 18th at 11:00 AM in St. Paul Lutheran Church, 220 Young St., Wilson, NY 14172 with the Pastor, Rev. Ron Haefer officiating. Burial will follow in North Ridge Cemetery, Church Rd., Town of Cambria. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to St. Paul Lutheran Church.

    WILSON—Edwin F. Schaal, 72, of 2841 Wilson.- Cambria Road, died Saturday (Sept. 21, 1968) at Mount View Hospital, Lockport. He was born in Buffalo, March 8, 1896, the son of Amil and Minnie Sohultz Schaal. He was married Jan. 28, 1926 at St. Peter's Lutheran Church, Walmore, to the former Agatha Beutel, who survives him.

    A farmer most of his life, he was a member of St. Paul's Lutheran Church where he served as treasurer and as a member of the board of directors.

    In addition to his wife, survivors include two daughters, Mrs. Burnette (Helen) Wallaber of Sanborn, and Mrs. Gale (Ruth) Pasquarette of Verona, Pa.; a son, Elton of Wilson; two brothers, Elmer of Akron and Howard of Wilson; three sisters, Miss Mildred Schaal of Wilson, Mrs, Laura Urban of North Tonawanda, and Mrs. Elsie Carrigan of Wilson, and 10 grandchildren. He also was the father of the late Delores Eckler.

    Friends may call at the Hamilton
    and Clark Funeral Chapel beginning today. Services will be held at 2 p.m. Wednesday at the chapel and at 2:30 p.m. in St. Paul's Lutheran Church. The Rev. Charles Fredericks will officiate. Burial will be in North Ridge Cemetery.

    The family said contributions to St. Paul's organ fund would be acceptable as tributes.

    Edwin married BEUTEL, Agatha Henriette on 20 Jan 1926 in Walmore, Town of Wheatfield, Niagara County, NY.
