John Nightengale, 30 years old, a well-known resident of Martinsville, died at his home on Belling Place early this morning. Besides his wife, two sons, Leroy and John Nightengale; one daughter, Erma Nightengale; two brothers, George and Harry Nightengale and four sisters, Dora, Ella, Elma, and Gertrude Nightengale and his parents, Mr. and Mrs. L. J. Nightengale survive. The funeral will be held privately Sunday afternoon, the Rev E. A. Schultz officiating. Burial will he made in St. Paul's cemetery

SCHNELL — Helena (Lueders) Schnell, 74, of 1014 Falls Blvd., North Tonawanda, died unexpectedly Sunday (July 30, 1981) at DeGraff Memorial Hospital. A native of North Tonawanda, Mrs. Schnell was a member of St. Paul's Lutheran Church (Falls Blvd.) and its Ladies Aid. Survivors include a daughter, Mrs. Gordon Campbell of North Tonawanda; four sons, LeRoy W. Nightingale of Kenmore, John Nightingale, Edward C. Schnell and Donald W. Schnell, all of North Tonawanda; eight grandchildren and eight great-grandehildren. Friends may call at John O. Roth Funeral Home, Morgan, and William; Sts., Tonawanda, where services will be conducted by the Rev. F.A. Hinners Wednesday at 3 p.m. Burial in St. Paul's Cemetery. Family will be present 2 to 4 and 7 to 10 p.m

Mrs. Phillipine M Lueders, 65 years old, widow of Gustav Lueders, 65 years old, died this morning at her home, 1014 Niagara Falls Boulevard ,after a lingering illness. Mrs. Lueders was born in Buffalo. She had livved in North Tonawanda for the past fifty-seven years. The funeral will be held Wednesday afternoon at 2 o'clock at the late residence and half an hour later at the St. Paul's Lutheran church. Rev. H. C. Steffens officiating. Burial will be in St. Paul's cemetery.

Tonawanda News - April 1, 1910

Christian Luedersdorf, 79 years old,
a well known resident of North Ton-
awanda, died suddenly at the home of
his daughter, Mrs. George Cramer, at
Martinsville yesterday afternoon. Mr
Luedersdorf was born in Germany. He
located in Buffalo when 14 years of
age. Two years ago he moved to Mar-
tinsville. One son, William Lueders-
dorf of Tonawanda, and five daugh-
ters, Mrs. Gustave Lueders, Mrs. Au-
August Rogalsky. Mrs. John Wiegand,
Mrs. Charles Wilke and Mrs. George
Cramer, all of North Tonawanda, survive.
The funeral will be held from the
late home Sunday afternon at 2
o'clock and a half hour later from the
St. Paul Lutheran Church on William
street. The Rev. Mr. Schmidt will officiate.
Burial will be in the St. Paul
cemetery at Martinsville.
