Fonzlow and daughter, Sharon R. Costantini; "Grandad" was cherished by his entire family, Dr. Richard M. Costantini, David Costantini, Tracie Costantini, Lisa Groewa Bradley, Brian Bradley; great-grandchildren, Rebecca, Rachael, Ryan, and Owen.
