Kathleen F. Kraatz (nee Keaty), age 87, of North Tonawanda, died May 16, 2009 in Warren, PA, after a brief illness. Kathleen was a former Account Manager with New York Telephone and was a member of the (St. Albert the Great) St. Jude Rosary Guild. She was also an avid reader.She was the wife of the late Donald Kraatz, who died in 1991. Beloved mother of Donna Miller of Tampa, FL, Jack (Deborah) Kraatz of Clarendon Hills, IL, Thomas (Becky) Kraatz of North Tonawanda, and William (Colleen) Kraatz of Onoville, NY. Grandmother of seven grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren. Sister of Betty Ann Horvath, Rose (Ray) Mangan, Eileen Everett, Patricia (Bernard) Gustina, Thomas (Rita) Keaty, Timothy (Ruth) Keaty and James (Shirley) Keaty, and the late Jack, Morris, and Gerald Keaty and Maureen Turner.Friends may call at the Fretthold Funeral Home Inc., 1241 Oliver St. at Ward Rd., on Tuesday from 7-9 PM and Wednesday from 2-4 and 7-9 PM. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Thursday at 10 AM from St. Jude the Apostle R.C. Church in North Tonawanda. Interment will be in North Ridge Cemetery.
