    Notes:

    AUGUST 13, 1922 ~ FEBRUARY 23, 2018

Surrounded by her loving family, and in her own home, Marjorie E. McMillen, 95, went to be with the Lord on February 23, 2018.
Marjorie was born on August 13, 1922, in Niagara Falls, NY, to the late Mary (Norton) and Charles Lehmann, Jr.
She married the love of her life, Robert W. McMillen, Jr., on August 8, 1942, and moved to Lewiston, NY, where their little family increased to eight. While living in Lewiston, she was a charter member of Femmes En Force, which organized the Sesquincentennial and started the promotion of the historical significance of the village as well as it’s beautification. She was contributing member of the committee that started St. Peter’s R.C. School, among other activities at the church. She was active in the Lewiston Fire Company No. 1 Ladies Auxiliary, Girls Scouts, Cub Scouts, and whatever else the kids were in at the time.
In 1973, they were transferred to Fredericksburg, VA, taking their three youngest daughters with them, where she continued her volunteer work at Mary Washington Hospital, St. Mary’s Catholic Church, Knights of Columbus, and other school activities for the girls.
After moving to Melbourne, FL, in 1989, she continued to enjoy traveling, golf, Scrabble, riding her bicycle, shuffleboard, long walks, water aerobics, and dancing. She was an avid card player, excelling at everything especially Bridge. But her greatest pleasure was spending time with her growing family. This past July, she and Bob were honored at a three day family reunion, attended by five generations, to celebrate their 75 years of marriage.
Marge is survived by her husband, Robert W. McMillen, Jr., her six children, Bonnie Stephenson (Clark) Jester, Robert (Donna) McMillen III, Judith (Joseph) Paone, Kathleen (Edward) Blinco, Elizabeth (Charles) Burton-Garcia, and Nancy McMillen-Hudak. Twenty grandchildren, thirty great-grandchildren, and two grea-great gransons, will also carry on her legacy. She leaves behind one brother, Charles Lehmann III, and several nieces and nephews, as well as her caregiver and “Best Friend”, granddaughter-in-law, Melanie (Stephen) Stephenson. She was predeceased by two sons-in-law, James Stephenson and Brian Burton, and one great grandchild, Cole Johnson.
A Memorial Mass and Celebration of her life will be held on Tuesday, February 27, at St. Joseph’s Miller Street Catholic Church in Palm Bay, with the Reverend Father Robert Hoeffner officiating. Mass will begin at 10:20 AM, with visitation one hour prior. A private internment will be held the next day at Cape Canaveral National Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to either Hospice of Helath first, 1131 W. Melbourne, Suite 201, W. Melbourne, FL 32904 or Sacred Heart Community Clinic, P.O. Box 5843, Round Rock, TX 78683.
