February 27, 2018. Of North Tonawanda, following a long battle with Lewy Body Disease. Wife of the late Alexander L. Markovitz, Jr.; beloved mother of Pauline (Spencer) Colquhou, Lenore (David) Moceri, Jacqueline (late
Edward) Snyder and David (Maurene) Markovitz; sister of Lewis (Claire) Lovegrove, Julia (late Nicholas) DiNezza and Jean (late Richard) Dawes; special friend and companion of Rita Owczarek; also survived by eight grandchildren, five great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews and cousins. Visitation Friday 4-8 PM in the WATTENGEL FUNERAL HOME, 533 Meadow Dr., North Tonawanda. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held Saturday from Our Lady of Czestochowa Parish, 626 Oliver Street, North Tonawanda at 9:30 AM (please assemble at church). Entombment Acacia Park Cemetery.
