Robert W. Conlin of Burt, NY, husband of the late Shirley Barry Conlin entered into rest on Saturday March 10, 2018 in Lockport, NY. He was born in Olcott, NY on August 20, 1926. Bob served in the U.S. Army during WWII. He worked as a foreman for the Niagara County Parks Dept and was past president in the Olcott Fire CO. Bob enjoyed hunting and farming. Father of James (late Debbie) Conlin and Yvonne (late Robert) Preisch. Brother of the late Harry and Jim Conlin. Grandfather of Erica Preisch and the late Jonah Preisch. Great grandfather of Rainna, Gage and Pierce Frombgen. Family and friends may call at the RUTLAND-CORWIN FUNERAL HOME, INC. 2670 Main St. Newfane, NY on TUESDAY from 3 - 7pm. A private burial will be held in North Ridge Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations to Niagara Hospice 4675 Sunset Dr. Lockport, NY 14094 or a charity of one's choice.

Niagara Gazette - 1/31/1944

Walter Ransom Barry, of Wilson,
N. Y.. an employe of the Niagara
County Highway department, died
early today in Mt. St. Mary's hospital
here after a short illness. Mr.
Barry was a native of Ransomvllle
and was 46 years old. Funeral
services will be held in the family
home in Wilcox street, Wilson,
Wednesday afternoon at 2:30 o'clock
with the Rev. Mr. Lucas, of the
Wilson Methodist church, officiating.
Burial will be made in
the North Ridge cemetery.
Mr. Barry is survived, by his wife,
Mrs. Angeline McCormick Barry;
three daughters, Mrs. Howard Allen
and the Misses Shirley and
Helen Barry, and a grandson, all
of Wilson.
