    Notes:

    Charles J. Carr, 58, of the Town of Niagara, passed away on Sunday, March 18, 2018 in Mount St. Mary’s Hospital, following a lengthy and courageous battle with cancer.  Born on January 11, 1960 in Niagara Falls, NY, he was the son of the late Arnold and Roxanna (Bowman) Carr.  On May 25, 1985, Charles married the former Antoinette “Toni” DeMonico in Niagara Falls.  She predeceased him on November 26, 2009.
     
    Mr. Carr was a lifelong area resident.  Charles attended local schools and graduated from Niagara Wheatfield High School.  Most recently, he was employed by the Seneca Niagara Casino.  Previously, Mr. Carr worked for Goodyear Tire and Rubber and United Parcel Service (UPS).  Charles was a dedicated father and grandfather and a loving brother.  He enjoyed hunting, fishing and bowling.
     
    Mr. Carr is survived by his children, Brian A. (Monica) Bugyi, Robert C. Carr and Tiffany L. Carr; grandchildren, James Bugyi, Gunner Bugyi and Haleigh Carr; sisters, Jessie (Scott) Stalnaker, Cindy Carr, Patti (Brian) Heath and Sheryl Carr and several nieces, nephews, great-nieces, great-nephews and cousins.  In addition to his parents and wife, Charles was predeceased by his brothers, Richard Carr and Robert D. Carr.
     
    Visitation will be on Friday from 5-8 p.m. in the Chapel of OTTO REDANZ FUNERAL HOME, 2215 MILITARY ROAD, NIAGARA FALLS, where a funeral service will be held on Saturday, March 24th at 10:00 a.m. with Pastor Jeff Vogt officiating.  Interment will follow in Niagara Falls Memorial Park Cemetery, Lewiston, NY.

    Bowman, 59, formerly of Niagara
    Falls, who died Friday
    (April 25, 1969) at her home. 14
    Elk Ave., Ridgeway, Pa., after
    a long illness.
    She was born Aug. 6, 1909 in
    Millhall, Pa.
    She was the wife of Charles
    Bowman, of Lewiston, N.Y.
    Other survivors we two sons.
    Charles Bowman Jr., of Lockhaven,
    Pa., and James Bowman,
    of Ridgeway. Pa.; two
    daughters. Mrs. Marine Fink,
    of Ridgeway. Mrs. R oxanna
    Carr, of- lewiston, also three

    A very pretty wedding was solemnized
    on Thanksgiving , Day, at 3
    o'clock, when Miss Trenna B. Brid-
    gens of Mill Hall. Pa., and Charles
    Bruce Bowman of this city were
    united. In marriage in the parsonage
    of the Church of Christ, Lock Haven,
    Pa, the Rev. Harry F. Rector officiating.
    The attendants were Mr,
    and Mrs. Ray E. Maurer.
