MRS. HAZEL KINZIE Mrs. Hazel L. Kinzie, 66, of 158 61st St. died at her home Saturday (Aug. 14,1971) after an apparent heart attack. Born in Buffalo, she came to this city 60 years ago. Surviving are two sons, Paul W. Kinzie of Dearborn Heights, Mich., and the Rev. Charles E. Kinzie of Hempstead, L.I.; a daughter, Mrs. James (Marsha) Alexander of Buffalo and nine grandchildren. Funeral services will be held at the Lane Funeral home Wednesday at a time to be announced. Burial will be in Riverdale Cemetery.
