Dale E. Weiss, age 76, of Tonawanda, died Sunday, July 29, 2018 at Highpoint on Michigan in Buffalo, after a long illness. Born June 26, 1942 in North Tonawanda, he was the son of the late Charles and Anna (nee Finlayson) Weiss and had been a lifelong resident of the Tonawandas. He was employed as a Tire Inspector at Dunlop Tire Company in the Town of Tonawanda before retiring. Dale was a life member of the Gastown Sportsmen's Club.
He was the husband of Nancy (nee Parry) Weiss; father of Todd D. Weiss of Cheektowaga, James (Maria) Weiss of Tonawanda, and Danyelle (Gary) Berger of Columbia, Maryland; grandfather of Bryce and Tristan Berger; and brother of Jack Weiss of North Tonawanda, Robert (Marlene) Weiss of Tonawanda, and the late Olive Kohles and Charles Weiss. Also surviving are many nieces and nephews.
The family will receive friends from 2-5 PM on Saturday only at the HAMP FUNERAL HOME, Inc., 37 Adam Street at Seymour, Tonawanda, where a Memorial Service will be held at 5 PM Saturday; the Rev.
