Notes:

Eugene E. Burson, 74, of Niagara Falls, NY, passed away on October 13, 2021 at Erie County Medical Center in Buffalo, NY.  Born in Lexington, NE, he was the son of the late Earl and Emily (Brugger) Burson. 
Eugene graduated from Modesto Junior College with an Associate’s Degree in Electronics.   He proudly served in the United States Navy from 1967 until his honorable discharge in 1968.  He then served in the United States Army Reserves until 1994. Eugene came to the Niagara Falls area in 1998, and was employed as an Electrician in Computer Repair at the Buffalo Veteran’s Administration Hospital.  Eugene was a member of the Volare Lodge, where he volunteered and also enjoyed playing Bingo.  He enjoyed fishing, hunting, camping, writing out recipes, playing cribbage and canning.
Eugene is survived by his children, Kay (Bob) Goldman, Andrea (Jon) Nyland, Valerie (Mike) Palomo, Sean (Maria) McIntosh, and Jean DiCesare; his grandchildren, Zakary Wilder, Robyn Goldman, Savanah (Katie) Mendez, Marshall (Katerina) Grant, Shawna McIntosh, Lexie McIntosh, Megyn Goldman, Noah Palomo, Robert Goldman III, Christian Burson, Maizy Palomo, Karyn Goldman, and Gina DiCesare; 6 great-grandchildren; his sister, Joyce (Jesse) Walling, as well as several nieces, nephews and cousins.  He was predeceased by his wife, Carol (Nicoletti) Burson.
There will be no prior visitation.  A Funeral Service will be held at a future date to be announced at Colonial Heights Free Methodist Church, concluding with Military Honors.  If desired, memorial offerings may be made to the LaSalle-Griffon VFW Post 917, 2435 Seneca Avenue, Niagara Falls, NY, NY 14305.  Arrangements by M.J.
